Interhotel Central

The property is clean, the staff is friendly and there are a variety of amenities. My only complaint is the rooms are seriously dated. We stayed in a suite and the living room was just three pieces of furniture that all blended into the carpet, no art, nothing else. The room is quite creepy to be honest, something right out of Eastern Europe in the 80's. The hot water in the shower would constantly turn off as well. Lastly, there was never instant coffee in the room but plenty of sugar, even after house keeping would come each day to clean, just more and more sugar. However with that all being said, the rooms are clean and you are comfortable.

The best thing in this hotel is its staff as they are above professional, nice and super attentive! Seriously, their service is at 5-star level. Another thing that deserves attention is their food; we had full-board and it's perfect, I recommend it; we didn't even want to go out to eat as we usually do. Location is more than comfortable and easy to get around the city; also there's a small park in front of the hotel and our room view was breath-taking. Quiet, clean and spacious rooms. Medical staff was responsive and quick on their feet. Loved it! On my next trip to Karlovy Vary, I will most definitely stay here.

I've book a Romance package, for my Wife birthday. Night 1 : The restaurant close very early (8:00 PM) and we feel pressure on us to leave. No choice for the main course. No choice on the table, we had a bad table in the middle of passage. Not very romantic… Day 1 : The 1st part of the breakfast is normally brought in the room. We booked it for 8am during the dinner the day before. At 8:15, still no delivery. We call the reception and received the information that it will come in 10 min. 8:30, still nothing. We decided to cancel it... Let's go the restaurant to take the "normal" breakfast. 30 min wasted waiting in the room for nothing. Not very romantic… The wine bath and beer bath has no wine or beer. It's just a small dose of a special product in the water. Bath and massage are not taken side by side for the couple, but one by one. So one is waiting in the room while the other is receiving is bath and massage. Not very romantic… Night 2 : It’s 6:30, and we want a small bottle of champagne in our room, so I go the bar in order to buy one. The bar is empty, quiet, no even a bartender… It’s finally the receptionist who give me a bottle from the reception… After some complains about the service, we are finally able to choose or table for the dinner. But the restaurant still close very early, and we are not elderly... Not very romantic… Morning 2: The 1st part of breakfast is finally delivered in the room on time. The whirlpool pool is broken, we cannot enjoy it... It's time to leave, and we are on time for our check out. I request my car which is in the hotel parking, with elevator, so driven by hotel staff. After 20 min waiting, I ask to the reception why it's so long. It seems there is a problem with the elevator. My car arrived finally after 40 min waiting. The only ray of light that warmed up our stay is Teodora, the receptionist. She was very nice and kind with us. She try to solve all the problems for us. I feel she is the only one attentive to our stay in this hotel. Conclusion : this hotel definitely not deserve 4 stars. The price is clearly too high for a bad quality of service and organization.

Beautiful spacial vintage-like room with comfortable beds, closet room and average sized bathroom in the centre of the city. The pool is massive for an indoor pool with a comfortable temperature. The swimming area also includes a warm jacouzi. Adding to that, the staff is extremely friendly and forecoming thus severely suffering from low tourism due to corona. Although only about three rooms are currently booked, the staff made sure that the breakfast is fresh and always offer their help and concern. Overall a great three night experience, perfect to end our two week holiday in a relaxing manner. The only let down is the bath-shower

Hotel located in a very convenient place, has a beautiful view from the balcony. Rooms are big and clean staff is very friendly and helpful. We had only breakfast in the restaurant and it was very delicious and a big assortment of everything. Few thinks I didn't like dark corridors and stairs only 2 lights out of 8 was working and swimming pool water cold. Sauna should be FREE for the guest living in this hotel.

Perfect location and room was clean however you have to pay extra money for sauna, parking and also we had a breakfast included and it would have been better if we went out for a breakfast. It was really poor. Good location but that’s all.

Great location indifferent service. My room had a good view. However the walls are so thin that I perfectly hear everything next door. They wouldn’t change even if I agreed to pay more—they caid they were booked but I arrived early on fri afternoon so I’m sure not everyone arrived. Even if you are vaccinated worry that you will have a buffet breakfast where everyone touches the same serving utensils. No magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Only one double outlet to charge all of your electronics. The room is clean the bed and tv are fine. Overall I do not understand the star rating system. Why 4 stars ? (No one wears masks in this town )

Overall a good and fair priced hotel. Breakfast was very delicious. Sadly the pool was a bit cold and we heard our neighbors to good.
