★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place. I liked the staff, they were very friendly and pretty good with everything. My room was fairly spacious and decent overall. One issue - due to the way the building was designed, sound carries very easily from the first floor. I was on the second floor and could easily hear the doorbell/people walking/talking at the main desk. Would recommend the third floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So cozy hotel in the heart of Karlovy Vary! Small hotel with Very good location! It was clean with nice breakfast! Petra(sorry I don't know how to write it ?) was very kind,sweet and she explained everything! Also she cooked the breakfast, she refill the breakfast, clean the plates, and also she was at the reception - She is the hotel-
the only negative from our accommodation was the towel and the bed sheets. We were there for 5 days and they didn't change the towels or sheets. If they change the towels and sheets with better quality will be really awesome for the price!

The drive to the hotel takes you thru an amazing neighborhood of impossibly beautiful buildings, and the hotel is just a short walk down some stairs to the most elegant part of the city. The staff was exceptional. Good WiFi in room. Breakfast will please everyone, from Keto diets to vegetarians, from adults to kids. Tip: Reserve a parking spot when you make your booking or you will regret it.
