★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice store with all the latest iqos devices. Would be nice if they were discounted as the new multi device cost over 100 Euros. These should be given away when purchasing a cartoon of Heats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetent manager, refused me to pay with prepaid bankcard. Im paying with this card literally everywhere. Wasted an hour from my life, absolutely bad service. Thats my right to choose what card I'm paying with, until your terminal accepts it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First i waited around 20 minutes in a line, and that doesn't somehow matter i think. You just have to be a bit louder and they will serve you, no matter if you stand there and wait. Never saw a business that declines to sell you their product because you dont live here. Maybe they should change their policy, they are losing profit basically. Wouldn't visit if you are on a vacation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional service all around. Stopped in for a few issues with our IQOS. We were greeted and offered water while we waited for a representative to help us. Very nice gesture. The team there were knowledgeable and efficient. They knew what the problem was and in less than 10 minutes and a few questions we were out. Great experience.
