Ce dernier a rendu la monnaie sur 200 couronnes, ma femme lui à fait remarquer son erreur mais il a refusé de payer. Pour info, ma femme n'a pas pu se tromper, elle n'avait qu'un billet de 500 dans son porte monnaie. Je déconseille ce magasin.
 During a purchase my wife gave a 500 crowns to the seller for a purchase of 100 crowns. The latter made change on 200 crowns, my wife pointed out his mistake but he refused to pay. FYI, my wife could not be wrong, she had a 500 bill in his wallet. I do not recommend this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velký výběr časopisů, ale otresna obsluha. Sotva pozdraví nebo poděkují, když jsem přišla s větší bankovkou, div mi ji prodavačka nehodila na hlavu se slovy: Nemám drobný, kartou!. Říct něco jako "omlouvám se, nemám na vrácení, můžete zaplatit kartou? " je asi moc náročné.
Large selection of magazines, but shocking service. As soon as they greet or thank you when I came up with a bigger bill, wonder the saleswoman threw it on my head with the words: I have no change, card !. Saying something like "I'm sorry, I don't have a refund, can you pay by card?" Is probably too challenging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obsluha opravdu úděsná. Nikdy nezapomenou dát najevo, jak moc je zákazníci s...., pardon obtěžují. Neměla by si to firma trochu hlídat? No, svědčí to něco i o majiteli značky Replay.
The staff is really terrible. They never forget to show how much customers are bothering you .... sorry. Shouldn't the company take care of it a little? Well, it shows something about the owner of the Replay brand.
