V lednu jsme si byli objednat dveře. Paní jsme zaplatili a do dnešního dne dveře nemáme. Dodací lhůta už vypršela. Paní to absolutně neřeší a spíše se nám směje. Zkoušeli jsme to řešit ale žádná odezva. Když jsme se šli zeptat na jinou prodejnu, která pracuje se stejnou značkou řekli Nám že dveře se vyrábí a dováží i přes Covid, dokonce jsme se dozvěděli že dodací lhůty jsou kratší než uvádí v Irissu. Paní si zřejmě vzala peníze a to ji stačí. Proč by dovážela zboží co jsme si zaplatili.
I do not recommend !!
In January we were to order a door. We paid the lady and we don't have a door to this day. Delivery time has expired. The lady absolutely does not solve it and rather laughs at us. We tried to solve it but no response. When we went to ask another store that works with the same brand, they told us that the door is manufactured and imported through Covid, we even learned that delivery times are shorter than stated in Iriss. The lady apparently took the money and that's enough for her. Why would she import the goods we paid for.
