I ordered excursions to Cesky Krumlov on the Internet, but decided to pay at the office on Celetnaya. The girl working in the office is very nice, she explained everything in detail, told, helped to orientate around the city. I sold another interesting excursion to Prague Castle. Special thanks to the guide Galina, who told a lot of interesting things about Prague.

Ordered with this company tour in Cesky Krumlov, a wonderful place, dive during the Middle Ages. But there is a very big But, we are fantastically unlucky with the tour guide. His name was Snezhana ... During the excursion she was with her girlfriend, who in principle worked all the way (apparently she hadn’t seen each other for a long time), she said no, there wasn’t anything, but it was like a burnt record in a circle. As we approached the estate of Hluboká nad Vltavou, it was announced that the entrance to the castle costs 270 kroner, and those who wish to get inside must donate money immediately to purchase a common ticket. To the question what is inside the interesting received the answer "Look on the Internet." T. K. On the street shoal rain decided to visit the castle and not get wet in the park. At the checkout, Snezana asked for a discount on the group (since we understand it in Czech), as a result, the tickets were purchased at a price of 220 CZK. A group of 35 people, the amount of a tour guide 70 € for nothing. We were transferred to the guide of the castle with a column in his hands, for an hour we disappeared in the bowels of the castle. Nothing that would cost 270 kronas tobish € 25 was not noticed, a dull walk with the monotonous voice acting from a bell without the right to take photos! When leaving the castle, we were met by SNEZHANA, and again became fascinated by communication with a friend. They moved towards the bus all separately, no organization for the collection of the group into one unit (in the group there were both children and the elderly). They caught up with Snezhana and, without attracting too much attention, asked her to pay more attention to the group, at least raise an umbrella so that she could determine her location, to which Snezhana in a rude tone advised us to book an individual tour for ourselves (ok?). They asked for the discount on the group and on the return of overpaid money, it generally infuriated her, began to be rude to us in the presence of the whole group. In general, the further passage of the tour was overshadowed by the guide's bad mood, and ours was spoiled by this attitude. GESTURE. In Krimlov they walked themselves through the streets, the place is fabulous.

They took an excursion to Karlovy Vary, paid at the office, we were told that no more payment was required. The trip began with a jewelry store in Prague, spent about 1 hour there. Then we drove into some kind of castle, but there the entrance had to be paid separately, we spent another 1.5 hours. Then we went to Karlovy Vary, the city is beautiful, but it was close to the end, I had to watch everything on the run. I do not recommend this company and the guide. It was better on its own, it turns out that buses go back and forth every hour.

From Prague we decided to visit Dresden through iTravex. Excellent organization, clearly indicated meeting place, time, explained how to get from the hotel to the meeting point. A cozy bus with all the amenities, the road went under the fascinating story of a guide, I felt like in a school lesson in a history lesson. In the city itself there is also a fascinating story about all the significant events but not loading, they left us enough time for shopping and visiting the bars of course))) On the way back, there was a clear collection of everyone, they turned on the film and most of the bus simply slept. Everything went fine, for 70euro for two I think a great trip, they returned to Prague with full packages, impressions and rested for further walks)) Thanks to Anna and the guide Vera В

Once again I chose this company and went on an excursion with them, I was satisfied. Was again with a guide Tatyana on a trip to Kutna Gora. It’s a pleasure to listen to her.
