 I put the Jura coffee maker in the service shop. Then I could not tell him how well he was washed. So satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V žádným případě nedoporučuji tuto firmu včetně jejich servisů. Přístoj Jura F50 3x reklamovaný (2x v záruce a jednou už po záruce).Nikdy neopravený,při 3 reklamaci technik nebyl schopný dohledat co tam vůbec bylo dělano za opravu.Třetí opravu už jsem musel zaplatit ze svojého a stejně dodnes nefunguje.Jako cenu utěchy jsem dostal 100g kávy. Doporučuji poohlédnout se po jiné firmě.
In no case do I recommend this company, including their services. Jura F50 device 3 times claimed (2 times in the warranty and once after the warranty). Never repaired, with 3 complaints the technician was not able to find out what was done there for the repair. I got 100g of coffee. I recommend looking for another company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuto firmu nemohu doporučit. Dával jsem sem kávovar Nivona 767, servisní zakázka č. 1482 s tím, že přestala téct káva a vytéká z něj voda na lévé straně. Byla mi vykalkulována cena opravy 15415 Kč včetně DPH, což je zhruba cena nového stroje. Prý je třeba výměnit spařovací jednotku, keramický ventil, drenážní ventil, zadřený pohon a různá těsnění. Kávovar jsem zde opravit nenechal a provedl opravu svépomocí. Stačilo ho rozebrat a vyčistit. Nic jsem nevyměňoval. Byla ucpaná výtoková tryska a po sestavení kávovar funguje. Sem už příště nepůjdu.
I can not recommend this company. I was giving the Nivona 767 coffee machine, Service Order No. 1482, to stop draining coffee and running out of the water on the left side. I was calculated the cost of the repair of 15415 CZK including VAT, which is roughly the price of the new machine. It is supposed to change the brewing unit, ceramic valve, drainage valve, seized drive and various seals. I did not leave the coffee machine here for repair and self repair. Enough to be disassembled and cleaned. I have not exchanged anything. The outlet nozzle was clogged and the coffee maker works after assembly. Here again the next time I will not go.
