Mediocre haircut for the price and a bit dirty, there was hair everywhere and dirty dishes at many stations and huge cobwebs above you at the hairwashing area - not the nicest vibe. The service I received was odd, absolute silence the whole time and strangely rough handling of my hair. When drying my hair it was pressed flat to my head uncomfortably instead of round brushed up for volume. Multiple products were layered into my hair without asking or explaining what they were, all of which had a different strong smell so by the end I was left desperate to wash my hair. The main positives are the easy online ordering system, location and the price being reasonable. If you need something super basic then it could be worth a shot.

I had a man's haircut with Pavel and the result was shocking unprofessional and poor quality. Everything was in such a rush and in many places he left with uncut hair length. Unfortunately, I'm forced to find a better place that will fix his work. I wish I can get my money back. Worst place I ever visited in Prague so far.

I got a hair cut by Pavel. The hair cut was rushed and I feel he did not listen to what I was saying. He cut my hair way to short and I am now left with a completley different hair style then what I asked for. The washing of the hair was rushed and quite harsh. It felt like being washed with sandpaper on my scalp. He never asked about the temperature of the water which was very cold. The salon had clear signs of wear and tear and was not very clean. I will not come back.

Unfortunatlly the price list by booking is very difrent. I paid 50% more than I was informed about price (by booking price was 2000 kruna, duration 2.5h, reality 3000 kruna, duration 2h).. As I did not have enough Cash and they didnt accept credit card I was informed about ATM close by, which I paid commison 7 euro. Overpriced.

Terrible experience! Do not go to this place ever!!! I asked for more highlights as I already had a beautiful blonde balayage, the hairdresser left my hair orange and covered with brown pigment, I lost all my balayage and ended up with a damaged hair. Terrible! Terrible! They claim themselves “artists” they do not know how to do a simple de coloration, I left the place and didn’t wait for haircut I was terrified with the unprofessional results, now I am roaming the city looking to fix the terrible work they did. DO BOT CONSIDER GOING HERE IF YOU ARE A TOURIST!

I have heard a number of good reviews on this salon in the past and I once visited their other branch in Vinohrady, where I have received quite satisfying service. However, my recent experience in Karlin was very disappointing and disturbing... I had an appointment for balayage (which takes normally at least 3 hours). 20 minutes prior to my appointment I received a message from the master asking me to come 1 hour later due to the delay with her previous customer, and even then I still had to wait a bit longer before she finished. When she has already applied the bleach onto my hair, she told me that they just got some issues with the water and she needs to figure out what to do about it. At this point, she was the only one working in the salon. As a result, she had to wash my hair with water out of a bottle that she kept refilling. Considering there wasn't enough of water, the experience with hair pulling was painful (we also needed in total about 3-4 proper washes). She had a friend arrive to help her and at some point there was a technician to look at it. No manager/administrator of the salon ever arrived there to help with the situation and let her focus on me as a customer, so it was one big mess of her trying to still do my hair while also keeping up the conversation with the technician, etc. In the end, I was not even offered any discount as a token of apology. I have never experienced anything like this and, as much as I understand it is one of a kind situation, I would rather highlight how not very professionally it was dealt with.

I had my colour done plus haircut in Karlin. Unfortunately the result of the colour was exactly what I didn't want, so yellow/orange blond, warm instead of cold tones. I specifically showed the image of blond I wanted and I explained very clearly. The cut of hairs was very bad and I have to go somewhere now to correct it. The washing of the hair was harsh and products used, made my hairs so dry. I will not come back and I do not recommend.
