★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po pěti letech víceméně bez problémů začalo připojení zlobit. Rychlost nestačila ani na běžné prohlížení stránek. Problém vůbec se dovolat na technickou podporu. Po dvou měsících jsem se konečně dovolal a totální arogance. Že platím streamovací služby, které jsou s takovým připojením nepoužitelné, je nezajímá, to je prý můj problém. Když jsem chtěl odstoupit od smlouvy bez výpovědní lhůty, tak mi hned bylo vyhrožováno vymahačem a exekutorem.
After five years, the connection became more or less angry. Speed was not enough for normal browsing. The problem at all to call technical support. After two months I finally reached and arrogant. It is my problem that I pay streaming services that are not usable with such a connection. When I wanted to withdraw from the contract without notice, I was immediately threatened by the enforcer and executor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ze začátku dobré rychlé připojení. S postupem času se rychlost neustále zpomalovala až nakonec jsem byl na polovině tarifu. Samozřejmě na emaily nikdo neodpovídal a nikdo nezvedal telefon. No, ke konci to byla katastrofa - vysoký ping, pomalá rychlost (7Mbps namísto 25Mbps).
Nevím jestli teda pan Novotný chce poskytovat internet, ale pokud ano, tak by měl hooodně zlepšit svůj přístup k zákazníkům.
Good fast connection from the beginning. Over time, the speed kept slowing down until I was halfway through the tariff. Of course, no one answered the emails and no one answered the phone. Well, in the end it was a disaster - high ping, slow speed (7Mbps instead of 25Mbps).
So I don't know if Mr. Novotný wants to provide the Internet, but if he does, he should greatly improve his approach to customers.

Připojení naprosto nestabilní. A odstoupení od smlouvy velký problém, majitel nevyzvedává poštu s výpovědí,ta se tak vrací zpět.
Any other provider is a better choice.
Connection completely unstable. And withdrawal from the contract is a big problem, the owner does not pick up the mail with the notice, it returns.
