 Very personal approach, always consult what is needed, for how much and suggest the best / cheapest solution in advance. I can only recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Plachý provozuje autoservis se svým synem Tomášem. Jezdíme k nim s našimi auty(VW, Citroën) již více jak 3 roky. Na obou pánech oceňuji jejich profesionální jednání a kvalitně provedenou práci. Pokud auto dovezu ve sjednaný čas, vím, že týž den se mu budou věnovat, jejich zájmem je opravu provést co nejdříve. V případě výměny náhradních dílů mi pan Plachý vždy zavolá a konzultuje cenu a zda použít originální nebo neoriginální díl. Nesnaží se za každou cenu prodat to, z čeho má lepší provizi, ale respektuje zákazníka. A jako ženě se mi líbí, že mají dílnu i ostatní prostory uklizené, žádný šmír a olej a auto mi po pobytu v dílně nesmrdí. Zkusila jsem i jiné automechaniky, ale musím konstatovat, že firma Plachý a syn vítězí.
Mr. Plachý runs a car service with his son Tomáš. We have been driving to them with our cars (VW, Citroën) for more than 3 years. On both gentlemen, I appreciate their professional conduct and quality work. If I bring the car at the agreed time, I know that they will take care of it on the same day, it is in their interest to make the repair as soon as possible. In case of replacement of spare parts, Mr. Plachý always calls me and consults the price and whether to use an original or non-original part. He does not try to sell at any cost what he has a better commission from, but he respects the customer. And as a woman, I like that the workshop and other areas are tidy, no smudges and oil, and my car doesn't stink after staying in the workshop. I also tried other car mechanics, but I must state that the company Plachý a syn is winning.

I visited Mr. Plachý in February and I was really happy with his approach towards my car. He set aside 30 minutes of his time without charging me anything for the general car checkup even though I insisted on paying something. My service is due soon and I will definitely visit him. We need more car service places like these instead of the majority others who are overcharging customers.
