Perfektní servis a proklientsky pristup.Dobre poradi a snaží se vyjít vstříc ne jen prodat zboží.Za mě jednička s hvezdickou.Jmenovite pan Kriz který nám v prodejně pomáhal vybrat kolo-je vidět že tomu rozumí.Velka spokojenost.
Perfect service and pro-client approach. Good advice and trying to meet not only sell goods. For me, number one with a star. Namely Mr. Kriz who helped us choose a bike in the store - you can see that he understands.

Bohužel co se servisu týká, nemůžu doporučit. Přijel jsem sem na domluvené odvzdušnění brzdy, nicméně asi po 15 minutách mi bylo řečeno, že nejde vyšroubovat odvzdušňovací šroub a že by to utrhli (šroub se jen povoluje, na to jsem přišel až později jinde...). Takže z částečně funkční brzdy mi udělali nefunkční s radou, že mi objednají do několika dnů nové za cca 5000 Kč (na kolo Author cca 10 let staré...). Do té doby mám prý jezdit jen na přední brzdu... Tak jsem zaplatil 60 Kč za nepovedený pokus, poslechl si přednášku o unaveném materiálu brzd apod. a odešel. Cestou zpět jsem naštěstí na kraji Malešické ulice uviděl malý cykloservis, kde se mně ujal majitel a na počkání mi brzdu za téměř zanedbatelnou částku (100 Kč) odvzdušnil. Kolo jsem ještě týž den pořádně prověřil a jde to bez problémů. Pochopil jsem, že v servisu Ramal Malešice, problematiku zvládá asi jen jeden člověk, přičemž není v jeho silách vše (třeba i dotažení pedálů), za své kolegy řešit. Osobně tedy servis nemůžu doporučit. Možná prodejna bude fungovat lépe, netuším. Příště ale rozhodně už půjdu jinam.
Unfortunately, as for the service, I can not recommend. I came here for the agreed brake bleeding, however, after about 15 minutes I was told that it was not possible to unscrew the bleed screw and that they would tear it off (the screw is only loosened, I found out about it later later ...). So they made my partially functional brake non-functional with the advice that they would order me a new one for a few days for about 5000 CZK (for an Author bike about 10 years old ...). Until then, I'm supposed to ride only on the front brake ... So I paid 60 CZK for a failed attempt, listened to a lecture on tired brake material, etc. and left. Fortunately, on the way back, I saw a small bicycle service on the edge of Malešická Street, where my owner took over and blew up the brake for an almost negligible amount (CZK 100). I checked the bike properly the same day and it goes without any problems. I understood that in the Ramal Malešice service, only one person can handle the problem, and he is not able to solve everything (even tightening the pedals) on behalf of his colleagues. So I personally cannot recommend the service. Maybe the store will work better, I have no idea. But next time I will definitely go elsewhere.

Díky časové nouzi jsem neměl možnost k mechanikovi, ke kterému vozím kolo obvykle. Zkušenost s tímto podnikem mě utvrdila v tom, že jinde dostanete opravdu lepší servis a že příště si raději počkám. Ne příliš ochotný personál a to co zaplatíte za servis neodpovídá tomu, co dostanete. Dvě hvězdy jen za dodržení domluveného termínu. V dnešní době bych ale čekal určitě víc
Due to time constraints, I did not have the opportunity to see the mechanic to whom I usually ride the bike. My experience with this company has confirmed to me that you will get really better service elsewhere and that I would rather wait next time. Not very helpful staff and what you pay for the service does not correspond to what you get. Two stars only if the agreed deadline is met. But today I would definitely expect more

Pritelkyne zavitala do tohoto servisu kvuli vymene praskleho ventilku u bezduse. Plast byl sundany, stacilo pouze vymenit ventilek, dat novou pasku, dolit tmel, nafouknout... Cele to trvalo pres tyden s vysledkem, ze pritelkyne zaplatila 750 Kc, s tim ze se mechanik s kolem udajne trapil pres 3 dny, ale nekde to porad uchazi... samozrejme dalsi den bylo kolo usle a jsme tam, kde jsme byli. Cely servis byl teda k tomu, ze nam byl nauctovany ventilek, paska (ok beru), 60 ml tmelu za 250 (to uz mi tak ok neprijde) a samozrejme za praci a za nevyreseny problem! Prijde mi absurdi nechat si zaplatit za nevyreseny problem. Minimalne bych nabidnul ze si zakaznik muze koupit novy plast/rafek a problem bude vyresen. Ja nevim, nejsem odbornik proto jsme si to nechali vyřešit v servisu. Pry je to plastem... Jinymi slovy to znamena, ze za 750 Kc a tydnem v haji mame na kole opet nasazene vyfouknute kolo, a musime si vyresit co s tim :-) Verim tomu, ze s timto pristupem, kdybychom tam donesli plast, tak by nam nauctovali vymenu (samozrejme opet s novym tmelem) a nakonec by zjistili, ze to nepomohlo a problem byl tedy rafek. Nehorazne, skandalni...
The girlfriend visited this service to replace the ruptured valve at the tubeless. The plastic was removed, all you had to do was replace the valve, put on a new belt, add sealant, inflate ... It all took over a week with the result that the girlfriend paid 750 CZK, with the mechanic allegedly embarrassed with the bike for over 3 days, but somewhere the meeting is coming up ... The whole service was that the valve, tape (I take it ok), 60 ml of putty for 250 (that's not okay for me anymore) and of course for work and for the unresolved problem! I find it absurd to get paid for an unresolved issue. At the very least, I would offer that the customer can buy a new plastic / rim and the problem will be solved. I don't know, I'm not an expert, so we had it resolved by a service center. They say it's plastic ... In other words, it means that for 750 CZK and a week in the woods, we have a blown bike on the bike again, and we have to decide what to do with it :-) I believe that with this approach, if we brought plastic there, they would teach us an exchange (of course again with a new putty) and eventually they would find out that it didn't help and the problem was therefore rafek. Outrageous, scandalous ...

Zavitala jsem na prodejnu zaucelem nakupu bot na kolo. Nicmene musim konstatovat velike zklamani. Ok pominu volne pobihajici psy prodavacek, ale ta neodbornost prodavacky me az sokovala. Nevedela co je mtb bota s rozdilem boty na silnicni kolo. Nemela prehled o nabizenych produktech. Nedokazala odborne poradit. Boty -tretry si urcte vyberu a zakoupim jinde. Mozna by stalo za zvazeni vyber brigadnic-prodavacek. Jinak vcelku prostorna prodejna zrejme s dobrym zbozim, coz se uz nedozvim.
I visited the store to buy bicycle shoes. However, I must say that I am very disappointed. Okay, the free-selling dogs of the saleswoman will pass, but the salesman's unprofessionalism shocked me. She didn't know what an mtb boot with a shoe difference on a road bike. She did not have an overview of the offered products. She could not give professional advice. I will definitely choose shoes and shoes elsewhere. Maybe it would be worth considering the selection of part-time workers. Otherwise, quite a spacious store, probably with good goods, which I will not know.

Dobrý den, obsluha ochotná, nakupoval jsem zde několikrát. Domluveno zapletení kola. Kvůli urychlení jsem původní kolo doma rozpletl, následně po téměř 3 týdnech a opakovaných zdržení bohužel i doma za večer zapletl nové, protože zbývají 2 dny do závodu. Snad se příště zadaří lépe (levá fotka stav ze servisu).
Good day, service helpful, I shopped here several times. Bicycle involvement agreed. Due to the acceleration, I untangled the original lap at home, then after almost 3 weeks and repeated delays, I unfortunately got new ones at home in the evening, because there are 2 days left until the race. Maybe next time it will do better (left photo condition from the service).

Best bike shop in town. I was surprised by the wide selection of bikes and accessories and also by the speed in which they service and change anything you like on the bike of your choice. Highly recommend.
