★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zakoupil jsem si tady omylem hru gta na ps3 a chtěl jí ještě ten den vyměnit za gta na ps4. Jelikož jsem si toho všiml až po rozbalení tak tahle firma vás nezákonně donutí rozbalenou hru prodat do bazaru.
 I bought the game gta on ps3 here by mistake and wanted to exchange it for gta on ps4 that day. Since I noticed this only after unpacking, this company will illegally force you to sell the unpacked game to the bazaar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zlata ALZA! Neni uz davno nejlevnejsi, ale chova se k zakaznikovi dle pravidel a prozakaznicky. Jednou jsem vyzkousel JRC a timto je to naposled! Radeji si priste tech par stovek priplatim a budu mit jistotu okamziteho reseni!
V ramci lhuty odstoupeni od smlouvy jsem vratil herni volant, protoze mi nevyhovoval. Ikdyz jsem za nej platil v hotovosti, tak mi rekli, ze oni vraci penize pouze elektronicky na ucet. Me penize oni meli hned, za to ja cekem jiz 9. den, az je poslou zpet!!!

Zlata ALZA! It is not the cheapest yet, but treat the customer according to the rules and prosakaznicky. I once tried the JRC and this is the last time! I'd better pay a few hundred and I'll be sure of an immediate solution!
In the time of withdrawal from the contract, I returned the steering wheel, because I did not. When I paid for it in cash, they told me they were only returning the money electronically. Me money they had right now, for it I just got 9th day, so it is sent back !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super obchod až na obsluhu (taková blonďatá,namalovaná holka) znechucená nepříjemná atd... OK hry bez manuálu beru ale hry za 200-300Kč za 80Kč?? Chápu bude to chvíli ve skladu ale tak dlouho zas ne.Jinak vše vpoho.
Super shop except for the staff (such a blonde, painted girl) disgusted unpleasant etc ... OK games without a manual I take games for 200-300CZK for 80CZK ?? I understand it will be in the warehouse for a while, but not for so long. Otherwise, everything is fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obchod je hezký ale obsluha tragická, slečna nevěděla co je PS Vita a zda na ní vůbec prodávají hry, dále na dotaz zda na XBox 360 jsou jen staré hry a nové již opravdu nevychází odpověděla že prostě neví. Měla jsem pocit že je tam na záskok z Tesca oddělení ovoce zelenina. Prosím zaškolte slečnu ať příště není zaskočena dotazy zákazníků, neumím si představit přijít se složitějším požadavkem ?
The store is nice but the tragic service, miss did not know what PS Vita is and whether it sells games at all, then on the question of whether the XBox 360 are just old games and new is really not answered she simply does not know. I had the feeling that there was a stand-in from Tesco's Department of Fruit Vegetables. Well, nothing much for them, and I will never forgive them for canceling my PS5 pre-order. So I'd rather buy elsewhere if I can.
