★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JRC nebylo špatný, standartní, obsluha ale k zákazníkům přistupuje špatně. Jako příklad uvedu starší pár, co chtěl nakupovat pro dítě hry na vánoce, na PS4. Když se pán dotazoval, na detaily, tak mu obsluha odpovídala tak, že jsem ani já (hráč) nevěděl, co těmi zkratkami a cizími výrazy myslí... Chtělo by to trochu více lidského přístupu a jednoduché komunikace, bez hračských slengových výrazů... Pár pak odešel a nic nekoupil...
 JRC was not bad, standard, but the staff approached customers poorly. As an example, let's mention an older couple who wanted to buy a child's Christmas game, PS4. When the gentleman inquired about the details, the operator answered him so that neither I (the player) knew what those abbreviations and foreign expressions meant ... It would take a little more human approach and simple communication, without toy sleng expressions .. Then the couple left and didn't buy anything ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na netu zboží skladem, rezervaci systém povolí, ale nepotrvrdí. Fyzicky na prodejně zboží není, obsluha neochotně sdělí, že jsem si měl počkat na potrvzení a že je to chyba systému. Takže tady jsem byl naposledy...
On the net goods in stock, the reservation system will allow, but will not confirm. There is no physical goods at the store, the staff is reluctant to say that I should have waited for confirmation and that it is a system error. So last time I was here ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Už to tu pár lidi zmínilo. Protivná arogantní obshluha, konkretně slečna, evidentně ju to nebaví a měla by změnit zaměstnání . Už se tam nevratim ….
A few people have already mentioned that. Annoyingly arrogant staff, specifically a young lady, she obviously doesn't like it and she should change jobs. I will not return there….
