★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Donesli jsme mobil k opravě, který přestal fungovat, ale nebyl nikterak poškozen. Bylo nám nejprve tvrzeno, že chyba je pravděpodobně v paměti mobilu, a že asi nepůjde již opravit. Následně (po několika týdnech a dotazech z naší strany) nám bylo vráceno pouze torzo mobilu bez displeje (viz foto) a bylo nám sděleno, že byl displej i deska zevnitř prasklé, což pokud byly, tak to do té doby nemělo nikdy vliv na funkci, protože mobil nikdy na zem nespadl (displej byl navíc opatřen ochrannou folií).
Edit: Text lehce upraven, aby majitel přestal s vyhrožováním mým starým rodičům, že tuto recenzi předá svým právníkům!!! Nikdy jsem ale nezažil, že by se nějaký obchod při obdržení jakékoliv negativní recenze takto zachoval. Vždy je možné z Vaší strany na recenzi reagovat a vysvětlit Vaše stanovisko. Očividně, zde asi nebylo vše v pořádku, když místo omluvy a vysvětlení se chováte takto. Kdyby byl mobil původně vrácen se všemi komponenty (i poškozenými), tak by se to dalo přejít s tím, že holt oprava se nepovedla, ale takto, ať si o tom udelá obrázek každý sám.
We brought the cell phone for repair, which stopped working but was not damaged in any way. We were first told that the error was probably in the mobile phone's memory and that it probably would not be fixed. Subsequently (after several weeks and inquiries from us) only the torso of the mobile phone without the display was returned to us (see photo) and we were told that the display and the board were cracked from the inside, which, if they were, never affected the function until then. , because the mobile phone never fell to the ground (the display was additionally equipped with a protective foil).
Edit: Text slightly modified so that the owner stops threatening my grandparents to pass this review on to his lawyers !!! But I have never seen a business behave like this when they receive any negative reviews. It is always possible for you to respond to the review and explain your opinion. Obviously, everything was probably not right here, instead of apologizing and explaining. If the mobile phone was originally returned with all the components (even damaged ones), it would be possible to move on with the fact that the holt repair did not succeed, but in this way, let each of them make a picture of it themselves.
