I	Ivo Gabriel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jejich nastavene obchodni podminky pri servisu (oprave) meho utopeneho mobilu Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 u firmy Mobil Majak, mi silne pripomina jednani tzv. SMEJDU !!!. Vzit si totiz pri prevzeti mobilu 1500kc (nevratne, at opravi ci ne!!). Uz 20 minut po prevzeti mobilu do opravy volal mechanik, ze je mobil kaput a neopravitelny. S pocitem, ze zde tzv. SMRDI, jsem mobil odnesl jinemu servisovemu opravari, take v Olomouci a ten mi malem privodil srdecni zastavu, kdyz mi rekl, ze mobil nebyl vubec ROZDELANY!!!! ZAVEREM: LIDE BDETE!!!! JSOU MEZI NAMI MOBIL MAJACI. Their set business conditions during the service (repair) of my drowned mobile phone Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 at the company Mobil Majak, strongly reminds me of the so-called SMEJDU negotiations !!!. Take it when you get a mobile 1500kc (irreversible, whether repair or not !!). Already 20 minutes after taking the cell phone for repair, the mechanic called that the cell phone was covered and unrepairable. With the feeling that here, the so-called SMRDI, I took the cell phone to another service repairman, also in Olomouc, and he brought me a small heart stop when he told me that the cell phone was not DIVIDED at all !!!! INCLUDING: LIDE BDETE !!!! THEY ARE MOBILE MAKERS AMONG US.
F	Frantisek Hruska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přinesl jsem několik let nepoužívaný tablet, i skrz problém v nabíjení. Prodavač ochotný, ještě ted den učiněna oprava, vše dle domluv. Tablet funguje, takže za mě spokojenost. I brought an unused tablet for several years, even through a charging problem. Salesman willing, repair made another day, all by appointment. The tablet works, so I'm satisfied.
B	Bohdan Sulak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pozor, pri prodeji se sice usmivaji, ale jak dojde nedej boze na reklamaci, to uz takova sranda neni. Ceny proti prumeru spise vyssi. Be careful, they smile at the sale, but when it comes to complaining, it's no longer such fun. Prices against the average are higher.

Oba prodávající byli ochotni a vstřícní :-) Quick battery replacement for a haunted smartphone + software service. Even buying gel packaging. Both sellers were willing and helpful :-)
B	Baru Smyčková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Co se tyče zásilkovny, NEDOPORUČUJI!! Mladý chlapec si ani netiskl štítky, když jsem jej požádala, nakonec je vytiskl, ale nalepil je špatně. Popletl 8 balíčků:) TAKTO NE! As for the delivery bar, I DO NOT RECOMMEND !! The young boy didn't even print the labels when I asked him, he eventually printed them out, but he stuck them wrong. He confused 8 packages :) NO!
P	Petr Kaiser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Důrazně nedoporučuji. Mobil jsem odevzdával s tím, že nejde nabíjet a upozorňoval jsem, že baterie byla do posledního dne v pořádku, že tou to nebude. Samozřejmě vyměnili baterii, ještě ten den jsem šel opravu reklamovat. O průběhu reklamace mě nikdo neinformoval, po vyzvednutí jsem zjistil, že mobil byl neodborně složen, tlačítko snímání otisků prstů se propadá a nefunguje spolehlivě. Do té doby mobil fungoval bez jediného problému. I strongly do not recommend. I handed in the mobile phone with the proviso that it could not be charged, and I warned that the battery was fine until the last day, that it would not be. Of course they replaced the battery, that day I went to complain about the repair. Nobody informed me about the course of the complaint, after picking up I found out that the mobile phone had been improperly folded, the fingerprint scanning button had failed and did not work reliably. Until then, the mobile phone worked without a single problem.
J	Jaroslav Svozil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji se přibližovat! Pro opravy svých drahých zařízení věnujte alespoň pár minut hledání vhodného servisu, aby jste nedopadli stejně, jako já. Bohužel jsem dal svůj iPhone na servis zde do firmy Mobil Packal, kde z telefonu, který měl "pouze" prasklé sklo displeje, udělali zařízení, které nemá TrueTone, špatně reaguje na dotyk a dělá si co chce + jako bonus se náhodně restartuje. Pokud chcete z funkčního iPhone udělat šrot doporučuji firmu Mobil Patlal I do not recommend approaching! To repair your expensive equipment, take at least a few minutes to find a suitable service so that you don't end up like me. Unfortunately, I put my iPhone in service here at Mobil Packal, where the phone, which had "only" a broken display glass, turned into a device that doesn't have TrueTone, responds badly to touch and does what it wants + as a bonus, it randomly restarts. If you want to make a functional iPhone scrap, I recommend Mobil Patlal
