V mé obci/ŠPK/ nejmenovaný "K"servis převzal zakázku a po cca 10 dnech jsem dostal SMS - mobil opraven. Jaké nemilé překvapení mě čekalo při vyzvednutí mobilu. Telefon je neopravitelný a na shledanou... Úplně jiný přístup jsem zažil ve jmenovaném olomouckém servisním středisku pana Peterky. Ještě tentýž den mě informoval o stavu, poruše a na zvláštním zásahu předešlého servisu. No za týden jsem "neopravitelný" mobil mohl vyzvednout ve 100% kondici. Maximální díky Maximum satisfaction, willingness, helpfulness. I experienced all this in the service center of Mr. Martin Piterka. My pet - Huawei P8 - "got sick". In my village / ŠPK / the unnamed "K" service took over the order and after about 10 days I received an SMS - mobile phone repaired. What an unpleasant surprise awaited me when I picked up my cell phone. The phone is unrepairable and goodbye ... I experienced a completely different approach in the named Olomouc service center of Mr. Peterka. On the same day, he informed me of the condition, the failure and the special intervention of the previous service. Well, in a week I was able to pick up the "irreparable" mobile phone in 100% condition. Maximum thanks
