However, he was very nice, helpful and that he will try to ask the manufacturer directly, so Huawei will not face this case. In about another two days, he called me again from Huawei in the frame of a good name and I will approach the customers and carry out the repair at my own expense. The next day, I was able to pick up my watch at a repair shop. I have to thank Mr. Seidl's technician for his helpful approach, as well as Huawei's individual assessment of the case and a helpful visit. I understand the service center, that there people wear where and what they break themselves, but again on the one hand, if you really do not feel guilty for the defect of the purchased product, do not be afraid to insist on the repair. so from Huawei. This is not a manufacturing defect in the device or a material defect. An exception was negotiated at the manufacturer's service case.
