Very frivolous behavior of the salesman Lukáš P. What a sentence, a lie. We have come across a promise to exchange the protective foil for a mobile phone for CZK 699 at any time for a fee of CZK 100. It is said that it is enough to bring a receipt, even just a photo shoot. After its installation, the foil lasted only a month, significantly shifted, exchange for CZK 100. The second time it went completely, it was in January, when all the stores were closed. After releasing and opening the stores, we came up with a receipt to stick a new one for CZK 100. But wow. If we want to complain, we have to have the old foil as well. On the statement that this is not a complaint, when we have to pay a fee of CZK 100, he started blabbering on about the fact that he alerted us to this request during the first installation, we argue that this is not true - he claims that we probably remember what suits us, that it tells everyone and let's look at the receipt that it says that we have to bring the old foil (rolled up waste). We pulled out a receipt, but of course there is nothing like that - so show us on that receipt - his reaction to his own lying was another pearl - you have an old receipt - but when you change the rules, you have to follow what was valid at the time of purchase. And here the circle of his lies closes - we started writing there because there were a lot of people like you. So I don't know who remembers what suits him. Well, when we wanted to contact his manager, he started threatening us with security that they would take us out of the store, and he started pushing the button under the counter furiously, but the security guard obviously had him on the hook. The result - an agreement with fraudsters, unfortunately, there is none.
