Dva zimni kabaty na cisteni ( super vysledek ), a nedavno ksme tam nechali sit( opravit ) kus z kocarku a saty a vse super, dokonce ze dne na den a v predternimu. For me I can say 100% satisfaction. Two winter coatings (super result), and recently we let them sit (fix) a piece of cat and dress and everything super, even from day to day and in front.

Pak jsem zaplatila za 3 velké, ale měla jsem 1 velkou a 2 menší. Bylo mi řečeno, že platby už se nevrací. Když jsem po 3 týdnech volala, jestli už jsou kabelky vyčištěné (měli mi dát vědět), tak paní říkala, že už tam leží přes týden a že nevěděla, že se má ozvat! Když jsem si je přišla dnes vyzvednou, neměla jsem lístek (ano, moje chyba), ale paní mi odsekla, že jsem si to měla připravit doma a že na mě nemá čas. Všechny byly naházené v 1 velém pytly. V jedné kabelce navíc stále jeden flek je. Nerada píši špatné recenze, ale tady jinak nemohu. I'm sorry, but not for me again. I paid 1200 for 3 handbags and it took a few minutes before they started paying attention to me. Then I paid for 3 big ones, but I had 1 big one and 2 smaller ones. I was told that the payments were no longer refundable. When I called after 3 weeks if the handbags were already cleaned (they should have let me know), the lady said that she had been lying there for over a week and that she did not know that she should call! When I came to pick them up today, I didn't have a ticket (yes, my mistake), but the lady told me that I should have prepared it at home and that she didn't have time for me. All were thrown in 1 large bag. In addition, there is still one stain in one handbag. I don't like to write bad reviews, but I can't do otherwise here.

Na spodine kabelky bol ešte aj môj vlas, z čoho súdim že nejaké veľké čistenie sa vážne nekonalo! Nezmysel dávať za takú prácu 400kč... lepšie by som si to spravila sama doma. I had my purse clean, that it took two weeks and came back almost to me. On the bottom of my handbag was my hair, of which I judge that some great cleaning was not really done! Nonsense to give 400kč for such work ... I'd better do it myself at home.

Člověk musí automaticky zaplatit 100% předem, pokud vyčištení nebude dle očekávaných kvalit vlastně s tím nic nenaděláte. Ostatni pobočky fungují skvěle ale na Jinonicích jsme byli naposled. Negotiating terrible, approach too. Negotiations with customer horror. One has to automatically pay 100% in advance if the cleansing is not according to the expected qualities actually do nothing. Other branches work great but we were last in Jinonice.
Z	Zuzana Kratochvílová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V čistírně jsem si nechala vyčistit svatební šaty. Paní Pivoňková je velmi precizní a na výsledku ji opravdu záleží. Doporučuji. :) I had my wedding dress cleaned in the dry cleaner's. Mrs. Pivoňková is very precise and she really cares about the result. I recommend. :)
