★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jde o "dům hrůzy". Každou chvilku neteče teplá voda - výbor o problémech ví, mnoho let problém s teplou vodou i její kvalitou ignoruje. Každou chvíli nejezdí v nějakém vchodě výtah - opět dlouhodobě neřešený problém. Pro možné zájemce o koupi bytu zde rada - nejprve si nechte zjistit technický stav! Dále je zajímavé, že rozpočet domu je cca 20 mil Kč ročně a pánové z výboru nemají absolutně snahu informovat vlastníky, jak je s jejich majetkem nakládáno.
