Nice fountain in the center of Domažlice, I recommend to visit.

A beautiful square through which history has passed ? I recommend visiting the tower and the museum, but there is a lot to choose from ???

The Domažlice Fountain was demolished in 1940, when it lost its useful function due to the construction of a municipal water supply system, but an underground reservoir remained. Today it serves as a replica of a historic fountain from 1838, which is made of Mrákotín granite. The water in it began to gush again after sixty-five years. In the middle of the fountain stands a granite pillar with an orange shade, which has a round goblet on top with forty notches through which water flows. Under the water in the chalice, there are light bulbs that shine on the pillar. Under the chalice are four lion heads turned in all directions, from whose mouth water gushes. The water with a mixture of blue rock has a green tinge.
