★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite and calm coffee place. I went to study here multiple times during weekends, you can comfortably work on notebook here. Coffee selection is great with some unusual choices, I would recommend Cafe Spolek with cinamon. You can also order food here, like pasta, pancakes, sandwiches or deserts. They also serve brunches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really wonderful place to grab a coffee, beer, or a bite to eat and get some work done too. You really can’t go wrong with anything but the chicken curry, spinach strudel, and Nutella banana pancakes are all on the top of my list.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passing Brno on a journey a local friend took me to the Spolek café. The space is wonderful, with a touch of the old Republic, I wonder how it looks during a sunny day. The visit was short, we had some beer and a local famous Czech snack, the oil-pickled cheese, the bread was wonderfully fresh. Service is a bunch of young people, students part time, lot of fun. I wish to visit next time I am in Brno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can remember the first time in Spolek about 11years ago. And today Spolek looks the same as then thank God . The same chairs, the same tables, the same kid's corner (my now 10 year old son plaid still with some of the wooden toys I saw today ??). Please never change, stay what you are already for years, a safe heaven for anyone who wants a coffee, some good food, a beer and meet friends in peace. Please don't become fancy, you are alright like you are.
