Samozřejmě jsem nepřevzala a volala..Bylo mi po urgenci slíbeno že hned obratem posílají,ale nestalo se. Čekala jsem další týden..žádná kompenzace,nic... Když "sklo" položím dřevěný stůl,dělají se pod ním jakoby špinavé mapy..to se nikde neuvádí.. nevypadá to hezky. Jsem zvědavá jak se mi podaří odříznout přebytečný zbytek....? The order arrived with cash on delivery even though it was paid in advance ... it can happen .. Of course I did not take and called .. I was promised by urgency that immediately send, but it did not happen. I waited another week..no compensation, nothing ... Úsměvná odpověď, doporučuji Vám si projít maily, máte ode mne 2 včetně odstoupení od smlouvy. Naopak já od Vás neobdržel vůbec nic. I do not recommend, ordered, paid, since then without any response to sent mails, goods not delivered, money not returned. Order No. 979. Vše proběhlo tak jak má, firmu Kenex mohu doporučit. I ordered a soft glass for a table with a floral pattern. I'm very happy, it looks very beautiful on a white desk. Everything went as it should, I can recommend Kenex.

Sice dřevěný povrch ochrání, ale nemůžete na to položit ani hrnek aniž by to zanechalo stopy a také se to velmi snadno zašpiní. Ubrus byl také delší o celé 4 centimetry, nevypadalo to hezky a pochybuji že by se to časem zmenšilo. Požádal jsem o vrácení zboží a bylo mi vrácena polovina ceny a vytknuto, že posílali takovou velikost kterou jsem objednával (přitom při vrácení zboží do 14 dnů se nemusí udávat důvod, a také velikost nebyl jediný problém). I ordered glass for the table, I do not recommend. Although it protects the wooden surface, you can't even put a mug on it without leaving traces and it also gets very dirty. The tablecloth was also a full 4 centimeters longer, it didn't look nice and I doubt it would shrink over time. I asked for the return of the goods and I was refunded half the price and complained that they sent the size I ordered (while returning the goods within 14 days does not have to give a reason, and size was not the only problem).

Opravdu zklamání.. Škoda že jsem neudělal foto obchodu.. Vendor provided detailed replies to the questions and is competent to advise the most suitable product. It is important to read the instruction of use that I receive together with the purchase. However, it would be beneficial if the seller can quickly answer clients, especially on the stage of delivery.
