★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Běžně na recenze nepíši, ale bohužel jsem okolnostmi donucen. Před rokem jsem si zakoupil Rock Machine Blizzard 30- 29 2017 a od té doby nedělám nic jiného než každý půl rok jezdím opravovat prasklý rám. Rám mi prasknul ve sváru pod tlumičem už dvakrát na prodejně a Rock Machinu se tomu každý diví, já také. Jediné vysvětlení je to, že vás okolnostmi donutí a úplně v klidu vám dají rám modelu 2016. Komunikace a řešení reklamace naprosto katastrofální, nelze se domluvit, zřejmě jediná možnost soudně. Tak až pojedu v zimě na třetí reklamaci aspoň mě nic nepřekvapí .
 I don't usually write reviews, but unfortunately I'm forced by circumstances. A year ago I bought a Rock Machine Blizzard 30-29 2017 and since then I have been doing nothing but going to repair a cracked frame every six months. The frame has cracked in the weld under the shock absorber twice in the store and everyone is surprised by Rock Machin, me too. The only explanation is that the circumstances will force you and give you a complete frame of the 2016 model. Communication and resolution of the complaint is absolutely catastrophic, it is impossible to agree, probably the only option in court. So when I go to the third complaint in the winter, at least nothing will surprise me.

I can only recommend this store. Everyone will welcome you with a smile and a professional approach. They have a large assortment of branded goods. I'm definitely not buying here for the last time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nákup běžeckých bot zde proběhl na výbornou. Profesionální přístup prodejce, možnost důkladné zkoušky, veliký výběr několika druhů i značek obuvi. Běhám mnoho let, mám vyzkoušeno mnoho značek a zatím po prvním výběhu značka OR jednoznačně vítězí!
The purchase of running shoes was excellent here. Professional approach of the seller, the possibility of thorough testing, a large selection of several types and brands of footwear. I have been running for many years, I have tried many brands and so far, after the first run, the OR brand is clearly winning!
