Absolutely not recommended !!! I bought a Rock Machine Blizzard TRL bike here. Already when buying the bike, Mr. Kerda looked very arrogant, but unfortunately I still bought the bike here. The first problem occurred during the warranty inspection, when the same person called the city police officers, who put a boot on my car in the customer parking lot before the service, while I was waiting for the service technician to check the bike. After this incident, Mr. Kerda surprised me again with his arrogance. Not only did he not apologize, but he also scolded me for allegedly parking in the parking lot for customers for too long. He then went to see a service technician. The warranty inspection, which I waited for two hours, was suddenly completed within three minutes. However, this did not end the problems. The next day I was cycling. In addition to the sounds of the rear suspension and the stem, the wheel did not brake as it should. The ride ended by releasing the handle on the bike while riding on the plane, and thus the internal groove was damaged. The question arises as to whether the warranty inspection was carried out as it should be. With the complaint, the service technician who performed the warranty inspection tried to sell me right at the beginning, with the proviso that he puts on the same already damaged handle and only tightens it more, of course without any documentation. I also had to hear a few threats that if I didn't agree to solve it, I would be without a bike for a month, and that no one would admit it anyway. In the end, I had to go write a complaint form with another employee. After the past 30 calendar days, no one has been able to tell me exactly what the state of the complaint is, which never bodes well. Things began to move only under threat of legal proceedings. Unfortunately, to date, this company has not been able to meet all its obligations associated with this complaint. Based on this experience, I also recommend to avoid Cyklosport Kerda by avoiding the bend. There are plenty of other quality bike services and most of us ride our bikes for fun, not to worry unnecessarily.

Great, I bought bikes over the internet, they sent on the day of the order, everything arrived complete and fine. Very pleasant meeting, we had to solve something over the phone ... this is what work in trade and services should look like.
