★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO not buy from this agency after i bought the ticket when i saw the reservation they take from you 50% more on ticket mean if your ticket is 270 they charge you 470 euro what you can do you can check the flight but buy it from the company website it better and they dont refund you and if the flight is canceled they make you pay extra 100 euro for change

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The day after purchase I inform this company that due to a family problem we cannot use purchased tickets, and they refuse to refund the money and offer me to buy new tickets with a 10 euro discount? This is just bullying the customers. I am very sorry that I am writing this, but the policy of kiwi.com is unacceptable and offensive. Stay away from this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TSA will not let you on if your name is incorrect. They refused to call the airline to correct my name. I called the airline for 3/4 of my tickets since I opted for connection flights. Kiwi.com personnel refused to call. How do you get the name wrong when you request ID! I had to purchase 2 tickets (one for my daughter) to replace 1/4 changes cause the flight wasnt available.
I nor any military or people in my network will ever utilize Kiwi.com ever again. I will also utilize Delta moving forward. You get what you pay for. DO NOT USE KIWI.COM unless you want to be stranded. Quick thinking will only save you. Customer service should take thr weight off of the consumer who is offering their patronage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this company lures people by offering discounted rates that costs you more at the end when you want to travel care free, with luggage and checked in online without a paper in hand. The service is non existent and counts on people accepting Kiwi's rules that those not so frequent travellers do not fully understand. Really cannot recommend, especially not when travelling with Ryanair, these two companies do not work well together. There are other options for purchasing travel tickets.
