I'm not a bookworm, I went there as an escort and those books ... like in a bookstore - a nice environment and they also have a reading corner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednával jsem 4 knihy, všechny inzerovány skladem. Předpokládané datum doručení objednávky 22. 12. 2021. Dnes je 3. 1. 2022, tedy téměř 14 dní po uváděném "předpokládaném doručení" a objednávka v nedohlednu, informace o stavu objednávky rovněž, zato newsletter, ten jsem již obržel několikrát.
I ordered 4 books, all advertised in stock. Expected delivery date of the order December 22, 2021. Today is January 3, 2022, ie almost 14 days after the stated "expected delivery" and the order in sight, information about the status of the order as well, but the newsletter, which I have received several times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Překvapil mě malý výběr knih z oblasti zdravovědy a specializovaných kuchařek,průvodců. Běhaly tam a křičely děti, nudily se, nikdo je usměrnil. Přijela jsem si do Prahy vybrat knihy a na výběr nebyl klid. Tak trochu za trest. Nějaké jsem pokoupila, i když ne ty,co jsem potřebovala a chtěla prohlédnout obsahem,ale pocit výsledný byl zklamání. Budu se orientovat jinam. Škoda.
I was surprised by a small selection of books in the field of health science and specialized cookbooks, guides. The children ran and shouted, bored, no one directed them. I came to Prague to choose books and there was no peace to choose from. A little for punishment. I bought some, though not the ones I needed and wanted to see the contents, but the resulting outcome was disappointing. I will orient myself elsewhere. Damage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostý nezájem o klienta. Protože jsem byla v obchodě poměrně dlouho (prodavačka vůbec neměla neměla snahu mi pomoci s dohledáním knihy) viděla i jiné mladé kupující kteří tam byli "na obtíž" - navigaci od pokladny vyřešili se slovy Pojď jdeme raději jinam! Smutné.
Total lack of interest in the client. Because I was in the store for quite a long time (the saleswoman had no effort to help me find the book) she also saw other young buyers who were "in trouble" there - they solved the navigation from the cash register with the words Let's go somewhere else! Sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a bookstore which is not so overcrowded, books are easy to find and prices are normal. There is also possibility to sit down and read whatever you choose, or do some work on laptop. Overall it is a nice store with nice assistants who are ready to help you, due to all things I mentioned I am giving it a 5star.
