 Very friendly and helpful staff, including the manager. It can do what other Luxor bookstores have been unable to do. I recommend everyone to visit this branch of Luxor bookstore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příjemné prostředí, zajímavý tvar rozhledny, do bufetu jsme nešli, okolo by mohlo být víc míst k sezení (kromě bufetu se můžeš jen natáhnout do trávy...)
Pleasant environment, interesting shape of the lookout tower, we did not go to the buffet, there could be more seats around (apart from the buffet, you can just stretch out on the grass ...)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Není úplně příjemné jít si koupit knihy a být neustále ze 2-3 metrů pronásledován ochrankou jak bandita, sotva se hnu. Tohle považuji za tak drzé a neprofesionální, že jsem radši odešel a nakoupím si online. Když jsme v obchodě 3-4 zákazníci tak opravdu nepovažuji za nutné mít eskortu. Šerifovi by měl někdo vysvětlit, jak být ''nenápadný''.
It is not entirely pleasant to go buy books and be constantly chased by security guards like a bandit from 2-3 meters, I can barely move. I find this so rude and unprofessional that I prefer to leave and buy online. When we have 3-4 customers in the store, I really don't consider it necessary to have an escort. Someone should explain to the sheriff how to be "inconspicuous."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've reserved a book, which was marked as 'Skladem poslední kusy'. At the next day after reservation I was informed that really the store doesn't have the book. So, I lost precious day.
It's interesting that after the answer from store the book status remains the same.
Miserable shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place tries to look good, but being a place not many people go to, it doesn't do that well.
Don't get me wrong, there are some good shops, like the bookstore and Sportisimo. However, the running sushi at Sumo Sushi is not of high quality. The lids that cover the food are oily, and I have even seen a chef drop food on the floor, pick it up and serve it. Likewise, the Tesco here seems to either be understocked, or the world is constantly running out of toast bread.
Some 10 years ago, there used to be a super long asian restaurant, that had huge queues forming, like, all the time. There's a part of the maintenance area, that used to be a cinema. I remember seeing Ice Age 1 or 2 in there. People have most likely found other shopping centers, like Nový Smíchov or Westfield Chodov, and decided to go there instead.
