Paní majitelka Šebestová je velmi netrpělivá až arogantní. V případě sebemenší komplikace ukončuje jednání. Vyrobili mi kolejničky s ohyby. Po nainstalování jsem zjistil, že drážka v ohybu je zúžená a neprojede jí jezdec. Reklamoval jsem. Přiznali chybu, že použili novou neodzkoušenou ohýbačku, ale řešit to chtěli jen tak, aby s tím hlavně oni neměli žádnou práci. Poslali mi menší neplnohodnotné kluzné jezdce (já zaplatil drahé tiché kolečkové), tím splnili reklamaci a tím to pro ně skončilo. Přečtěte si recenze na adrems.cz, což je ta samá firma. They sent me smaller incomplete sliding riders (I paid for expensive silent wheels), so they fulfilled the complaint and that's how it ended for them. B	Beata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi neprofesionalni jednani. Kdykoliv jsem paní Šebestove volala tak to zvedl její manžel s tím, ze ji mám napsat sms/e-mail o zpětné zavolání. Nikdy se neozvali sami. Po 3 mesicich po zamereni mi konecne poslali navrh reseni, se kterym jsem obratem souhlasila, ale chtela jsem vymenit material zavesu (ve vzorniku měli jen “dospělé” barvy, závěsy měly byt do dětského pokoje tak jsem preferovala nějake barevné). Když jsem zjistila ze jen za příplatek za barevný závěs zaplatím 13,5tis. navíc (na 2 okna) požádala jsem zpet o bílé závěsy. Po týdnu čekání na zalohovou fakturu mi stornovali nabidku s odůvodněním ze mají aktualne plné sici kapacity a nemůžou neustále prepracovavat nabidky. Na závěsy jsem tedy čekala od zacatku rijna, aby mi 21.ledna napsali, ze to dělat nebudou). Dělali nám i závěsy do obývacího pokoje a koupelny. Ke kvalitě nemam výhrady (proto ty dvě hvězdičky), ale závěs do koupelny zapomnely přivézt a dodali ho o 2 mesice pozdeji (ok, byly mezitím Vánoce, ale stejne bych čekala ze přijedou přednostně hned po Vánocích, ale vůbec se sami neozvali a po urgenci nabídli termín 17.ledna…). Můj dojem je takový, ze chtějí dělat velké zakázky a když je zrovna mají tak je řešení v bytech nezajima. Na druhou stranu vás neodmítnou hned, ale až když zjisti, ze s tím mají moc práce. So I waited for the curtains from the beginning of October to write to me on January 21 that they won't do it). They also made curtains for us in the living room and bathroom. I have no reservations about the quality (that's why the two stars), but they forgot to bring the curtain to the bathroom and delivered it 2 months later (ok, it was Christmas in the meantime, but I'd still expect them to come first after Christmas, but they didn't call themselves offered a date January 17…). My impression is that they want to make big orders and when they have them, they are not interested in the solution in the apartments. On the other hand, they won't turn you down right away, but only when they find out they have a lot of work to do.
