★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Že je otevřená pobočka ještě neznamená otevřenou pokladnu, prý jsou otevírací hodiny rozdílné. Jinak řečeno, pobočka úplně k ničemu. Vyhnout se širokým obloukem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myslel jsem, že výhodou pobočky je její dostupnost během víkendu. Bohužel mi bylo řečeno, že během víkendu nefungují systémy a nemůžou mi pomoct, ať přijedu přes týden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohu říct, že KB pobočku v Olympii jsem navštívila dvakrát.
Poprvé více než dva roky zpátky a nebyla to nijak příjemná návštěva ze strany personálu.
Byla jsem ráda, že mám vyřízeno a rychle pryč.
Druhá návštěva byla před měsícem, když jsem tam šla s problémem, který jsem nebyla schopna vyřešit.
Ujal se mě mladý bankovní poradce jménem Karel Balík. Rozumně mi dokázal odpovědět na můj dotaz a pomoct ho vyřešit.
Byl velmi ochotný a ještě jsem zvládla vyřešit všechny mé resty za poslední dobu. Schůzka trvala skoro hodinu a musím říct, že jsem poprvé odcházela s dobrým pocitem ze strany personálu KB.
I can say that I visited the KB branch in Olympia twice.
For the first time more than two years ago and it was not a pleasant visit from the staff.
I was glad to be done and get away quickly.
The second visit was a month ago, when I went there with a problem that I was not able to solve.
I was hired by a young bank adviser named Karel Balík. He was able to answer my question sensibly and help solve it.
He was very helpful and I still managed to solve all my rest recently. The meeting lasted almost an hour and I must say that for the first time I left with a good feeling from the KB staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel jedna z nejhorších poboček KB na které jsem kdy byl. Nechutné sterilní prostředí se zde mísí s neochotou zaměstnanců tvářících se jako vládci vesmíru.
