Když jsem přišla na informace paní byla velice nepříjemná řekla mi že mají obsazeno na 14 dní a když nejsem objednaná že mám smůlu. Ptala jsem se zda je možnost jiné pobočky a paní mi řekla zavolejte si na infolinku tam mají přehled o všech pobočkách. Veliká neochota ze strany pracovnice informací. Nakonec účet založen v jiné bance kde paní byla na informacích příjemnější a bankéř také. Založení účtu tam nebyl problém. Tato pobočka již nikdy více. Velice mě toto jednání mrzelo. I wanted to open an account here. When I came to the information the lady was very uncomfortable she told me that they have been busy for 14 days and when I am not ordered that I am unlucky. I asked if there was a possibility of another branch and the lady told me to call the infoline there they have an overview of all branches. Great reluctance on the part of the information worker. Eventually the account was set up in another bank where the lady was more comfortable with the information and the banker as well. There was no problem setting up an account. This branch is never again. I was very sorry for this action.

A	Anupam Chakraborty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment with Mr. Libor Kamenicky at 3 pm to open an account with them. I came at 2:50 and right now I am writing this review at 3:20 pm. I am sitting in front of his desk and he is not here. The receptionist told me to sit and wait and he will come and pick me up. I am waiting for 30 minutes now. This guy is not at desk. No wonder why KB sucks.

Lots of hidden charges in everything though they will show you many attractive schemes slowly you will realize that you are been paying many hidden fees... Secondly they are not at all eco-friendly, every time you use any service they will print lots of paper and its just a waste... I recommend trying other banks which are way better with better schemes and much more eco-friendly... I guess this bank is still in the market because of the good behavior of the stuff...
V	Vladislav Sokolovskii on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience so far, I have accounts in several Czech banks and this one is the worst of the worst. A lot of hidden charges that and incompetent people work there, application is just vomits, in order to log in to the application I have to fill in my password every time, they don't know what customer service and modern technologies are. UPD: you cannot cancel your account online, btw it's 2022... If you're thinking to create an account in this bank, please DON'T the market must destroy such services, they don't deserve clients. I don't want to promote other banks, but the best bank in Czech Republic so far is "Vzduch bank" :). If KB wants to be a competitor look at these guys, but I think you don't have a chance...
