★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best if not the best places to visit if you are looking for a watch in Prague. They carry a wide selection of brands and models which are on display in the store. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and from my experience English speaking. The front of the store carries your run-of-the-mill brands such as Casio and is mostly Quartz oriented, the back of the store houses the mid and higher end watches, mostly mechanical/automatic and a service area where you can service watches at fair rates even if not purchased through Koscom. As mentioned earlier the staff is knowledgeable and will suggest alternative pieces to explore if you are interested, as well as explain the features, specs and will provide important to know information to keep your watch running precisely. They offer duty free shopping if you need it. Their prices are good and are often running promotions. They carry limited edition pieces so if you are looking for something on the rare side they might have it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Nobody gave us attention for the fifteen minutes we were standing quite literally on top of the Grand Seiko watch we wanted to buy. The staff was looking at us, but never bothered to approach us. The worst experience I’ve ever had in a watch store.

The showroom can satisfy clients interesting for widely requested 500 $ class as well as real luxury watches made by famous world producers. The clients can see here branded products made in Switzerland, Germany, France, Japan etc. Referring prices you can find sometimes slightly higher level in comparison with some lower quality e-shops, but here the clients always shall count on higher class services incl. better warranty conditions and post-warranty services.
As such any buyer is recommended to come and enjoy decision about his dreamed watch.
