★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cenný a hezký doklad historického stavebnictví u nás. Jen považte že byl postaven v letech 1613 - 16 v gotickém slohu s malými vlivy renesance, kdy jinde v Evropě už renesance končila a nastoupil barok.
Valuable and nice proof of historical construction in our country. Just consider that it was built in the years 1613 - 16 in the Gothic style with little influence of the Renaissance, when elsewhere in Europe the Renaissance ended and the Baroque began.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krásný menší goticko renesanční kostel postavený v letech 1613-1616 stojí v areálu velvarského hřbitova. Je hezky opraven. Za povšimnutí stojí i krásné historické náhrobky na hřbitově.
Beautiful small Gothic-Renaissance church built in the years 1613-1616 stands in the Velvary cemetery. It is nicely repaired. It is worth noting the beautiful historical tombstones in the cemetery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při návštěvě Velvar jsem neminul ani toto místo se hřbitovem a kostelem. Zvenku chrám vypadá hezky, je opraven. Jaký je stav uvnitř, jsem nemohl posoudit.
When visiting Velvar I did not miss this place with the cemetery and the church. From the outside the temple looks nice, it is repaired. I couldn't judge what the condition was inside.
