Okolo kostela je velký areál .Jen se bojím že někdo poníčí kostel zvenčí, jelikož je tam nízký plot ,který se dá snadno přelézt. The church is beautiful. I like it there. There is a large area around the church. Just afraid that someone is hurting the church from the outside, because there is a low fence that can be easily climbed.

O	Ondřej Horák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kostel sv. Apolináře jsem navštívil při noci kostelů a nelitoval jsem. Byl zde moc hezký program i s pohoštěním. Kostel je velmi starý a byl mnohokrát přestavován. Byl původně románský a dle pověsti byl založen sv Cyrilem. Býval zde původně i klášter, který vzal za své při řádění Husitských bojovníků. Později byl přestavěn K. I. Dientzenhoferem do současné podoby. Kostel ma své kouzlo a velmi atypickou podobu kříže. Místo na vás krásně dýchne a i jako nevěřící mate chuť rozímat. Jsou zde funkční varhany, které jsem mel čest je slyšet. Rozhodně jedno z mnoha míst, které za návštěvu stojí. The church is very old and has been rebuilt many times. It was originally Romanesque and, according to legend, was founded by St. Cyril. There used to be a monastery here, which he took over during the rampage of the Hussite warriors. It was later rebuilt by K. I. Dientzenhofer into its current form. The church has its own charm and a very atypical form of the cross. The place breathes beautifully on you and even as an unbeliever you have a desire to meditate. There is a functional organ that I was honored to hear. Definitely one of the many places worth visiting.

Koncem 14. století byl přestavěn goticky se síťově sklenutým presbytářem. V letech 1737–1739 byla provedena radikální barokně-gotická přestavba podle plánů Kiliána Ignáce Dientzenhofera. Bohužel jsme našli kostel uzamčený, přesto se vám návštěva vyplatí. Je to působivá stavba na zajímavém místě, nabízející v těchto končinách jedinečný (a vlastně jediný) rozhled do širokého okolí.
