 Beautiful temple and monastery. This is what the whole country would look like, nice children, if we didn't have Hussites and communists here.

We could only see the monastery garden, which is small but beautiful, the monastery was unfortunately not accessible to us

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kostel Zvěstování Panny Marie byl postaven současně s klášterem po roce 1247, kdy se v Chebu usazují Františkáni. V roce 1270 vyhořel, byl obnoven a následně goticky upraven, v této podobě se i přes další přestavby dochoval dodnes. V roce 1330 byla přistavěna 60 m vysoká kamenná věž.
The Church of the Annunciation was built at the same time as the monastery after 1247, when the Franciscans settled in Cheb. It burned down in 1270, was restored and subsequently modified in Gothic style, and has survived in this form to this day, despite further reconstructions. In 1330, a 60 m high stone tower was added.
