Veškeré problémy s dodacím termínem čehokoliv nelze svalovat na samotné prodejce, ale způsob se postavení k věci v podobě komunikace, návrhů řešení až po nějaké slevy byl dle mého názoru více než standartní. děkujeme I can only recommend, from drawing to delivery to the place to our home. Nic méně pán měl argument, že doprava je zdarma a když se mi to nelíbí, tak že si to mám dojet vyzvednout na ty pobočky sám. Tohle není přístup k zákazníkovi, jaký by měl být a proto se ani nedivím, že tam není ani noha a na proti u konkurence je podstatně víc zákazníků než u nich. I can't recommend tiling and paving, which were in stock at other branches, could not be delivered to the store in less than 14 days, which is appalling for me. No less, the gentleman had an argument that shipping is free, and if I don't like it, I should take it to the branches myself. This is not the approach to the customer as it should be and therefore I am not surprised that there is not even a foot and there are significantly more customers against the competition than with them.
