A	Antonín Michna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jestli je to prodejna na Pankráci, tak tu opravdu nedoporučuji. Ten pán co tam zrovna seděl a koukal na PC byla zdvořilost sama !! Také vypadalo, že ho svou přítomností opravujeme a tak jak jsme přišli tak jsme i odešli !! Opravdu člověk na svém místě !! Konečně jsem pochopil proč jsou kuchyně ORESI tak drahé, když musí platit taková netáhla !!! If it's a shop in Pankrac, so I really do not recommend. The man who was just sitting there watching PC was a courtesy alone !! We also seemed to be repairing it with our presence and as we came and we left !! Really man in place !! Finally I understood why ORESI kitchens are so expensive when they have to pay such a pull!

Oresi bylo od začátku do konce plně profesionální, přesně jak si to člověk představuje u zaběhnuté značky. Great satisfaction. We spent a lot of time on various designs, but it was worth it and the resulting kitchen is fantastic. Oresi was fully professional from start to finish, exactly as one imagines a well-established brand.

Po dalším čekání na nápravu mi dovezli jen materiál a montáž nedomluvili vůbec. Absolutně NEDOPORUČUJI!!! They managed to spoil the kitchen island worth 30,000 by bringing a short worktop and back from the island in general. After another wait for the repair, they only brought me the material and did not agree on the assembly at all. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!
M	Michal Beránek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musím se podělit o zkušenosti s tímto kuchyňským studiem. Během rekonstrukce bytu, jsme se setkali s mnoha dodavateli a navštívili spoustu podobných studií. Ovšem zde jsme se hned cítili "jako doma". Velice příjemný a profesionální přístup od paní Radky Goněcové musíme vyzdvihnout nejvíce. S výběrem kuchyně nám velice pomohla, jelikož jsme si již nevěděli rady a výsledná kuchyň vypadá naprosto úžasně. Vše jsme vyřídili během jedné návštěvy, kde jsme vybrali dekory, materiály a vytvořili vizualizaci, s kterou jsme mohli dále pracovat. Následná instalace byla také velice profesionální a bezchybná. Z kuchyně, přístupu a celkového provedení od Oresi jsme opravdu nadšeni a v kuchyni trávíme paradoxně nejvíce času:) Ještě jednou děkujeme! I have to share my experience with this kitchen studio. During the renovation of the apartment, we met many contractors and visited a lot of similar studios. However, we immediately felt "at home" here. We have the most pleasant and professional approach from Mrs. Radka Goněcová. She helped us a lot with the choice of the kitchen, because we no longer knew what to do and the resulting kitchen looks absolutely amazing. We handled everything during one visit, where we selected decors, materials and created a visualization that we could work with further. The subsequent installation was also very professional and flawless. We are really excited about the kitchen, approach and overall design from Oresi and paradoxically we spend the most time in the kitchen :) Thank you again!

L	Ludovico Lopes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had 5 starts until kitchen installation process started. For 3 times Oresi came to my house and left without job completed. Not because kitchen is complicated or due to unforeseen situation, but because the internal processes do not work well. Information is lost, wrong or incomplete schematics are use/sent to contractors, complains are filled but then they just fix some out of several issues. (List of issues never changed, always the same since beginning) In total there is already 3.5 months delay, and I have other work depending on this to be completed. People are kind and final product promises to be good (although since December I have pieces of the kitchen hold by scotch). But this approach is very painful, as we had to move in without kitchen, and all the problems are _only_ accountable to Oresi. I had a meeting to explain this issue to the manager yesterday, before posting this here.
