Po telefonu se zdála komunikace férová, ale když se pak člověk táhne přes půl republiky s mechanikem a diagnostikou, tak vám po hodinové prohlídce dvou aut, o které by člověk zájem měl, řeknou, že si ta auta nemůžete projet. To mohl říct prodejce do telefonu rovnou a nemusel jsem tím ztrácet celý den. That's unbelievable! The communication on the phone seemed fair, but when you stretch across half of the country with a mechanic and diagnostics, after an hour-long inspection of two cars that you would be interested in, they will tell you that you can't drive those cars. The salesman could say that on the phone right away, and I didn't have to waste all day.

Takže mohu jen doporučit. I bought a BMW in this bazaar and total satisfaction! Very nice approach, maximum willingness and the car serves so far without a single problem :-). Všechno nám ukázali a my jsme si vybrali. Můžu doporučit. Urbanová My husband and I drove a bmw x3 a few days ago, so we're satisfied. P	Plejmen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ + Při nákupu maximální ochota, jako odvoz do banky a přátelské chování. -Při projížďce auta se občas ozval zvuk a opravdu mírné chvění, bylo mi řečeno, že se jedná o zadní ložisko auta (v autech se samozřejmě nevyznám) a po následném dotazu při koupi auta mi bylo do očí řečeno, že auto nemá žadné další vady, které by mi neřekli, nebo které by dokonce bránili běžnému užívání auta. Jak jsem si odvezl auto domů, dal jsem ho do servisu na opravu věcí, se kterýma jsem byl seznámen a tam mi řekli, že to nebylo ložisko, ale že je kardan KO, celý na výměnu a že s tím nelze jezdit, jinak mi to prý vymlátí spodek auta (to se samozřejmě dost prodražilo). Když jsem zkusil kontaktovat prodejce, jestli jde tato záležitost s nimi rozumně řešit (vzhledem k tomu, že podle nich bylo třeba vyměnit ložisko a né kardan, což je rozdíl x tisíc samozřemě), tak bohužel komunikace je velmi žalostná a už po měsíci jsem se nedobral k žádné odpovědi. Což mě hodně zklamalo, vzhledem k tomu, jak se tvářili při prodeji. Tudíž komunikaci a prezentovanou kvalitu auta musím bohužel hodnotit záporně... (Tudíž řešit s nimi nějakou "reklamaci" je evidentně zcela zbytečné....) - další dodatečné "mínus" neaktualizování jejich aut na webových stránkách, visí tam auta, které jsou již minimálně 2-3 měsíce prodané. + When buying maximum willingness, such as bank transfer and friendly behavior. -When driving a car, there was sometimes a sound and a really slight vibration, I was told that this is the rear bearing of the car (of course, I do not know the cars) and after a subsequent question when buying a car, I was told that the car has no other defects which they would not tell me or which would even hinder the normal use of the car. As I took the car home, I put it in a repair shop, which I was acquainted with, and there they told me that it was not a bearing, but that it was a cardan KO, all for exchange and that it was not possible to drive it, otherwise I it is said that it will beat the underside of the car (which, of course, became quite expensive). When I tried to contact the seller if this matter could be reasonably resolved with them (given that according to them it was necessary to replace the bearing and not the cardan, which is a difference of x thousand, of course), then unfortunately the communication is very pathetic and after a month I did not answer. Which disappointed me a lot, considering how they looked at the sale. Therefore, unfortunately I have to evaluate the communication and the presented quality of the car negatively ... (Therefore, solving a "complaint" with them is obviously completely useless ....) - Another additional "minus" not updating their cars on the website, hanging there cars that have been sold for at least 2-3 months.
