★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kvetiny nejsou čerstvé, uchovávají je v chladicim boxu, proto není poznat, ze jsou na vyhození - včera jsem si v obchodě zakoupila Hortensii (195Kc) a dnes ji objevila zvadlou (většinou vydrží celou věcnost!)..
The flowers are not fresh, they store them in a refrigerated box, so it is not known that they are to be thrown away - yesterday I bought a Hortensia (195Kc) in the store and today she discovered it withered (usually it lasts the whole thing!) ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel musím říct že přístup obsluhy tohoto obchodu dle mého názoru je potřeba měnit, víc poslouchat zákazníka a snažit se slyšet co by chtěl, místo protlačování svých názorů a snahy někoho přemluvit.
Jinak nabídka kytek je dost obsáhlá a obchod je hezký. Moc díky za novou zkušenost!)
Unfortunately, I have to say that the approach of the staff of this store, in my opinion, needs to change, listen more to the customer and try to hear what he wants, instead of pushing his opinions and trying to persuade someone.
Otherwise, the offer of flowers is quite extensive and the shop is nice. Many thanks for the new experience!)
