Na Harfě mají prodavačku takovou čůzu neochotnou a neschopnou...v Letňanech než je zrušili, byly super holky a tam jsem s radostí nakupovala třeba 10tery boty za rok. Zamítnutá reklamace na 10x nošených botách, které se skoro rozpadly...ať jdou do háje...už jsem přesedlala na Deliberti, tam je to o něčem úplně jiném :-) I do not recommend buying shoes from them, because they reject complaints. Recently, they have deteriorated both in quality and with service. At Harfa, the saleswoman is so reluctant and incompetent ... in Letňany, before they were canceled, there were great girls, and I was happy to buy 10 shoes, for example, a year. Rejected complaint about 10x worn shoes, which almost fell apart ... let them go to hell ... I already moved to Deliberti, it's about something completely different :-)

Boty co mám jsem vždy byla spokojená až teď ty poslední nebyly úplně v pořádku. Prodavačky byly milé a ochotné, ale to co jsem zažila a potkala nedávno v Edenu byla naprosto příšerná katastrofa. Prodavačka, drzá a neochotna. Už při příchodu vám dá najevo, že je v práci za trest?. Jméno jsem nepostrehla, ale je starší, vysoká, tmavší vlnité vlasy. Co se týká reklamace tak byla vyřízena, ale bylo s ní kvuli tomu dost dusno. Takže se tomuhle obchudu už vyhnu. Pak je tam ještě její kolegyně starší blondýnka. Ta je moc milá a ochotná. Na Harfě totéž, ovšem jen světlovlasá paní. Pokud obsluhuje tmsvovlasá prodavačka s trochu cizím přízvukem, raději se vyhnu obloukem. Je velmi nepříjemná až arogantní.
