Very nice cozy. Rooms clean service good breakfast included in the price friendly and helpful staff parking places just around the corner I only have good experience with this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokoj moc pěkný, čistý,pani recepční velmi vstřícná a ochotná. V hotelu byly i informace o zajímavých místech v okolí. Co nas chytlo za nos,byl velký flek plísně na chodbe a to nejsme opravdu puntickari.
Kuchyňka čistá, snídaně to byl jeden průšvih. Maslo, džem, med a toastovy chleba 3 druhy.Chleba co se nedojedl,se poté strčil do lednice a 2.den si ho host vytáhl i se ztvrdlym máslem.K pohoštění bylo i ztvrdle linecké pečivo staršího data. Na lince ležel papírek, ať si hosté nádobí uloží do myčky..Nebyli jsme jediní, kdo se tomu divil.Nikdo nečeká snídani jak v Alkronu, ale tohle jsem nikde nezažila i za nižší cenu ubytování.
Room very nice, clean, the receptionist very helpful and helpful. The hotel also had information on places of interest in the area. What caught our nose was a big speck of mold in the hallway and we're not really puntickari.
Kitchen clean, breakfast was a mess. Butter, jam, honey and toast bread of 3 types. The bread that was not eaten was then put in the fridge and on the 2nd day the guest pulled it out with hardened butter. The hardened Linz pastry of an older date was also available for refreshments. There was a piece of paper on the line for guests to store their dishes in the dishwasher. We weren't the only ones who were surprised. Nobody expects breakfast like in Alkron, but I haven't experienced this anywhere for a lower price of accommodation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krátkodobé ubytování/3 noci - téměř v centru teplických lázeňských komplexů. Tiché a klidné prostředí, velmi útulné a čisté ubytování, pokoj zařízený střídmě, vše funkční... bezproblémové připojení na wifi i ve vyšším patře, malá zabudovaná lednička na pokoji k dispozici - nerušila. Domluva s milou paní recepční naprosto ukázková. Velmi ráda se budu do této oázy vracet při další návštěvě Teplic.
Short-term accommodation / 3 nights - almost in the center of Teplice spa complexes. Quiet and peaceful environment, very cozy and clean accommodation, room furnished sparingly, everything functional ... seamless wifi connection even on the upper floor, small built-in refrigerator available in the room - did not disturb. The agreement with the kind receptionist is absolutely exemplary. I will be very happy to return to this oasis on my next visit to Teplice.
