Libochovany

The railway station at the eastern end of the village of Libochovany is located less than eight kilometers northwest of Litoměřice on the right bank of the river Elbe, which in these places cuts through the massif of the Bohemian Central Mountains. Foxes give a good night and afternoon here, but I really did not experience a greater feeling of peace and freedom for a long time than when I arrived on the platform and found that the next train in either direction leaves in two hours. Probably only a ruined city man will understand this. But it was a great experience. Do not expect anything at the station except the shelter in case of bad weather, there is a bus stop and a parking lot at the station, it is less than five minutes walk to the village center.
