L	Lukáš Venzara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsem velmi nespokojen , po půlhodině čekání na terase , dostali jidelni lístek dříve lidi co přišli déle po nás . Tři servírky na jeden lokal , v obsazení cca 10 lidí , nestihali absolutně nic . Na resort , pouze jídla hotová ( odpověď servirky že na akci pivovaru aby stihali to zjednodušili pouze na hotovky . ) a to cenově nasazená na úroveň Prahy a to i v Praze se najim levněji . Řízek potkal asi parní válec , kdybych si ho hodil na váhu nebude mít ani 100g . Takže obalena strouhanka a maso skoro žádné . Jsem zklamán protože čas co jsem zde strávil jsem mohl počkat o cca 50 m dále v Pivovaru Falkenstein , kde bych asi i při jejich obsazenosti dostal jídlo dříve , a s milou obluhou . A do 150 kč se najed a dal si pivo , a stalo by to za to !!!!!!! NEDOPORUČUJI.... I am very dissatisfied, after half an hour of waiting on the terrace, people who came longer after us received a meal ticket earlier. Three waitresses per location, occupied by about 10 people, did absolutely nothing. At the resort, only ready meals (the waitress' answer that the brewery's event to catch up simplified it only to cash.) And it is priced at the level of Prague, even in Prague it is cheaper to rent. The steak met the steam cylinder, if I threw it on the scale it would not even weigh 100g. So wrapped breadcrumbs and almost no meat. I am disappointed because the time I spent here I could wait about 50 m further in the Falkenstein Brewery, where I would probably get food earlier, even with their occupancy, and with a nice service. And up to 150 CZK he ate and had a beer, and it would be worth it !!!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ....

Interiér na vysoké úrovni, personál ochotný, příjemný a vstřícný a co se týče jídla, tak my měli pouze snídaně, ale u těch také nemám co buch vytknul. Snídaně je formou rautu a vzhledem k pestrosti by si měl také každý vybrat na co má chuť Great. Interior at a high level, staff helpful, friendly and helpful and in terms of food, so we only had breakfast, but I also have nothing to complain about. Breakfast is a buffet and due to the variety, everyone should also choose what they like

Nadstandardní služby v rámci ČR (welcome drink jak na recepci, tak na pokoji, tablety do pračky a myčky, příjemný servis, velmi prostorná kolárna). Nadstandardní snídaně a večeře, vč. servisu a kvality jídla. Za nás obrovské překvapení na severu. Kéž by bylo více takovýchto ubytovacích kapacit po České republice. Perfect accommodation - fully equipped airy and spacious apartment. Plus with a balcony, which was a big +. Above-standard services in the Czech Republic (welcome drink both at the reception and in the room, tablets for washing machine and dishwasher, pleasant service, very spacious bike shed). Superior breakfast and dinner, incl. service and food quality. A huge surprise for us in the north. I wish there were more such accommodation capacities in the Czech Republic.

Velice dobře vaří, jídlo si člověk může objednat i na pokoj, takže za nás super! NP České Švýcarsko velmi blízko, Kyjov je hned za rohem a je to velice příjemné místo na odpočinek :-) Very beautiful and comfortable accommodation, equipped so that you do not miss anything. All employees are very nice, helpful. Very good food, the food a person can be ordered to the room, so great for us! Czech Switzerland National Park very close, Kyjov is just around the corner and it is a very nice place to relax :-)
N	Ni ko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allgemeines: Reisezeit: Mitte Januar 2022 Reisedauer: 4 Tage Pärchen Lage: Das Hotel liegt in Mitten von Schönlinde (Krásná Lípa) am schönen Marktplatz innerhalb der böhmischen Schweiz. Im Ort gibt es neben dem hoteleigenen Restaurant mehrere Möglichkeiten lecker Essen (u.a. Brauhaus Falkenstein) zu gehen. Hotel: Das Hotel ist vollständig barrierefrei. Parkplätze stehen in ausreichender Anzahl und kostenfrei direkt am Hotel und in der Tiefgarage zur Verfügung. Zur Nutzung stehen u.a. Fintessraum, Sauna sowie Bowlingbahn zur Verfügung. Zimmer/Appartement: Das Appartement befand sich ruhig gelegen in der 1 Etage in Richtung Hof. Es bestand aus Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Balkon. Die Zimmer sind toll designed. Bei der Ausstattung fehlte es wirklich an nichts. Die Küche hatte einen Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank und Kochfeld. Auch Zubehör wie Tabs, Geschirrspülmittel, Lappen usw. waren vorhanden. Tee und Kaffee wurden bei verbrauch nachgelegt. Das Badezimmer verfügte über eine Waschmaschine einschl. Waschmittel. Das Bett war bequem und die Zimmer hatten eine ausreichende Größe. W-Lan stand kostenlos zur Verfügung und hatte eine gute Qualität. Der Balkon zum Zimmer war mit 2 Stühlen sowie einem Tisch ausgestattet. Sauberkeit: Das Appartement war sauber und frische Handtücher wurden stets ausgelegt. Wir waren mit der Sauberkeit sehr zufrieden. Essen/ Trinken: Das Frühstück gab es in Buffetform. Es gab eine gute Auswahl einschließlich frischen Säften sowie gutem Kaffee und Desserts. Zum Abendessen haben wir zweimal das hoteleigene Restaurant genutzt. Auch dieses können wir getrost weiterempfehlen. Das Essen war hervorragend. Personal: Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Es wurde deutsch, englisch und tschechisch gesprochen. Begründung: Die fünf Sterne gibt es von uns wegen dem guten Service, dem großartigen Appartement, und der tollen Lage in der böhmischen Schweiz. Wenn wir wieder in der Ecke sind, wird es wahrscheinlich wieder dieses Hotel. In addition to the hotel's own restaurant, there are several options for delicious food (e.g. Brauhaus Falkenstein). Hotel: The hotel is fully barrier-free. Parking spaces are available in sufficient numbers and free of charge directly at the hotel and in the underground car park. Fitness room, sauna and bowling alley are available for use. Room/apartment: The apartment was quietly located on the 1st floor in the direction of the courtyard. It consisted of living room with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and balcony. The rooms are great designed. When it comes to equipment, nothing was really missing. The kitchen had a dishwasher, fridge and hob. Accessories such as tabs, dishwashing liquid, cloths, etc. were also available. Tea and coffee were refilled when used. The bathroom had a washing machine including detergent. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were an adequate size. WiFi was available free of charge and was of good quality. The balcony to the room had 2 chairs and a table. Cleanliness: The apartment was clean and fresh towels were always laid out. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness. Eat Drink: The breakfast was buffet style. There was a good selection including fresh juices as well as good coffee and desserts. For dinner we used the hotel's own restaurant twice. We can also confidently recommend this. The food was excellent. Staff: The staff was very attentive and friendly. German, English and Czech were spoken. Reason: We give the five stars because of the good service, the great apartment, and the great location in Bohemian Switzerland. When we are back in the corner it will probably be this hotel again.
