★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting place for any fan of engineering. A functional hydro power plant from 1950s. Great views from the dam on Lipno lake. Well worth it for a 20 minute visit. Parking is possible right behind the dam if coming from the Lipno nad Vltavou town, or near the train station of the same name.
