★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been in this shop on 06.10.2018. There I bought 8 vouchers of 250 CZK each as a birthday present for a friend. One day later, (after my friends party) she informed me that these vouchers are only valid till 31.12.2017. Means they sold me old invalid vouchers. Ok, mistakes can happen. I still have the original receipt in my wallet. My friend called them and explained the situation. They refused any help.
Now I must go back to the shop with the original receipt. I live in Switzerland. It's about 750 km distance..
Thanks for this pathetic service. I'll be there on Saturday you morons.
