★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After waiting for half an hour, completely different numbers started appearing on the board and it looks like my number sequence won't come up. I thought that i would make the most of my time waiting and fill in the application form that I need, but the stands with the forms are nowhere to be found. I am absolutely furious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the place where you can get the card (used to be 'opencard') for Prague's public transportation. As most public services in Czech Republic - there is a queue but it is well managed (had to wait like 3 min - got my new green litacka card issued for free in less then 10 min)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came because I did not know how the system worked, unfortunately they were not able to help me cause I do not speak Czech and they couldn’t help me since they just spoke their language. I totally understand it, it’s their country and bla bla, but being the main public transportation in the capital city, in a relatively big city, they should be able to at least speak English or German to communicate with expats or foreigners, since there is such a huge community in Prague. Besides that their service seems to be working pretty fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you need a card / litačka to use for riding public transportation in Prague (metro/subway, tram, bus, and boat), this is the place where you can get it. Just come with your passport or id card. It is fast. You don't need to bring your photo, they have the camera to capture your face. The card making cost 200 kc. The officer are nice and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ι bought 2 90minutes tickets from the app, my credit card was charged but i never received the tickets in the app. I contacted the desk at the airport and they told me to send a complaint email. I had to pay for 2 extra tickets. Although i sent an email explaining what had happened (with screenshots from my bank and the app) i never got a reply. Never use again this app
