Jelikož mi naplánovali stříhání podruhé opět s kolegyní i přes to, že jsem jasně vyjádřil přání, že chci, aby mě stříhal ten mladík, musím dát celkově pouze 2 hvězdičky.
5 stars when cutting a young man, 2 stars when cutting a colleague.
Since they planned to cut me for the second time again with a colleague, despite the fact that I clearly expressed the wish that I want the young man to cut me, I only have to give 2 stars in total.

Can definitely be recommended for the price
Not the cleanest place though, but it goes if one is not too delicate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salon vypadá moc hezky tak jsem se rozhodla vyzkoušet.Bohuzel na recepci je velice arogantní a nepříjemná paní.Bylo mi oznámeno,at deset minut pockam,to by mi nevadilo.Ale jakym stylem mi to slečna rekla,a jak se na me podivala..Na muj pozdrav mi nebylo ani odpovezeno.Velka škoda.Takhle by se k zákazníkům nemel peraonla chovat.Mozna to byla pani majitelka podle toho jak se chovala, tím spíš by si tohle nemela dovolit.?

My greeting was not even answered. Too bad. This is how peraonla should not treat customers. Maybe it was the owner, depending on how she behaved, the more she should not afford this. "

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I went to the salon for manicures, pedicures and (natural look) eyelash extensions. First of all, the service and communication was horrendous. We were unable to communicate with the staff, as they spoke no English at all. My friends manicure was poorly made and they only did the bare minimum in terms of making it a wellness experience. Also, the facilities were quite dirty - not really what I would associate with luxury! Finally, I asked for natural looking lashes and showed what I wanted, but at the end they look rather fake.
At the end of the treatments we felt like they were rushing things, possibly because closing time was approaching.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience, the customer service is awful, me and my friend felt like we are bothering them by even being there, manicure done in 15-20 minutes, my nails never looked this bad and didn't last very long and the lady who made them was annoyed the whole time, didn't make any effort or smile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 of my gel nails had chipped after having them done recently so I decided to just go for the most basic gel nail at 350czk (manicure would have been an extra 150). The shop was empty apart from 1 lady who made a call for someone to appear in 5 mins time. When that lady came she was quite rough with removing my previous polish and seemed to be in a hurry and considering the polish I chose I had to ask for an extra layer and she was hesitant to do so. The nails don't look too bad but definitely could be better. Will not visit again.
