I enjoy top quality of the place and Sergio Kuzin Robbins, who is my master here. Getting haircut made this place my new preferred location. Whether I'm getting a classic men haircut, or something more stylish - I'm always satisfied, and return within 3-4 weeks.

I was already several times at Tomas Arsov Hair & Beauty in Prague for colouring and cut. Sergio understands how i want my hair to look like and I love the results! My hair looks healthy and I get so many compliments for my hair colour.

The place is lovely and I was satisfied with the outcome of my dry and blow, although it took more time than i expected. Also, I would have preferred if the styling brushes did not have other clients hair on it and were cleaner before the next client. But for a wash and blow this place wasnt bad at all especially know that Prague doesnt have a lot of hair salons where the deal with relaxed black african hair. Thank you Tomas Arsov.

I am so happy about the service they give here. I always go to Sandra as she is the first person who has dyed my hair. When I first came to this salon I had never dyed my hair and Sandra was able to make it look like my natural hair color. I will probably never stop going here as the customer service is also amazing. They are all kind and treat everyone with respect. My hair always look flawless, and never has the experience been unpleasant.

Haircut and tints for my daughter. This salon basically rescued the horrendous mess a different salon made yesterday. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, skilled and professional. Highly recommend Tomas Arsov!

I'm still upset and disappointed by my haircut and colour. I thought this place was really good because it was well rated on google. I had never had my hair dyed so I googled different techniques and chose 'Balayage' (only the hair on the surface of the head is dyed to give subtle natural looking highlights here and there, and hair underneath this layer is left natural.) This did not happen and now my whole head is one brassy orange brown colour except for the roots. Under office light it looks like I used a home-dying-kit 2 months ago and now the roots have grown out and the colour has faded to brassiness. Around €185 after conversion. My kids gasped when they saw it and told me my hair had turned orange and asked if that was why I didn't want to come to school on Monday (lol). The main issue was a lack of communication. My hairdresser looked at the photos I had brought very very briefly and immediately showed me ideas he had instead. There was no valuable consultation between us and he really didnt bother to listen. I didn't realise this till the dye was set and he was asking me to leave a review "in my own language". I told him "english is my language" "I'm actually from New Zealand" "sorry I don't speak those languages" "I can only speak english" "English is my native tongue" "actually we speak mostly English in New Zealand" but he kept insisting I use my native language, listing various Asian countries to which I have no heritage. It's like he could hear only 30% of what I said and ignored the rest. More than once I wondered if he were hung over. Not the best score for a hairdresser. Anyway, during the consultation, there were no colour samples, no discussion of the cut or it's shape or how he would frame the face. Basically, he just did what he wanted (and very poorly) based on his photograph. He had tried to dye my black hair blonde (I didn't even want that) with the dye instead of bleaching it first. After that he started cutting. I told him several times that I wanted to keep the length, that I had grown my hair for a year and I had been upset by other hair dressers who took too much off (it was down to my nipples when I went in). He said yes of course then cut 3 inches off the front till it was above my armpits. I also asked him what he was going to do around the face (how he was going to frame it) and he laughed and said "technique". Now, I have these randomly short chunks of hair that start at my ears and dangle down my face and do not blend with the rest of the hair. It looks odd. It's messy and confusing. I have no idea what to do with them except tie my hair back. To add salt to the wound, the prices listed on the website (cut and balayage) meant around 135€ but he charged me around 185€ which is an insane amount, especially for the result. It may have been for the blow dry? Or the ironing that I did not want and he just went straight ahead and did (to cover up the bad cut?). I honestly did not want to pay for this but felt pressured to. What a waste of money and a year of growing my hair. I would have gone to some cheap mall salon for this quality.

Tomas Arsov is the best hair dresser anyone can wish for. He is not only super professional but also pays attention to his customer’s needs. He is always very kind and making me enjoy the time I spend in his salon. I couldn’t wish for a better hair dresser and feel truly lucky that I found him and I can be his client.
