★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super! Loni jsem do lyžařské školy JPK Klínovec dala dvě děti ve věku 9 a 11 let. Potřebovali dopilovat obloučky a získat jistotu, aby se mnou mohli na červenou, a po dlouhém přemlouvání i na černou sjezdovku. ? Po čtyřech hodinách privátní výuky jsem byla mile překvapena. Ondra jako instruktor byl skvělý, děti se s ním nenudili a lyžování si opravdu užívali. A černou jsme splnili! Velký dík Ondrovi, který se dětem svědomitě věnoval, a také díky milým holkám v kanceláři lyžařské školy a na půjčovně. Zapomněli jsme doma helmy, ochotně nám zařídili půjčení pro děcka zdarma. Určitě se letos vrátíme!
 Great! Last year I put two children aged 9 and 11 in the JPK Klínovec ski school. They needed to finish the curves and be sure that they could go on the red with me, and after a long persuasion on the black piste. ? After four hours of private lessons, I was pleasantly surprised. Ondra was great as an instructor, the children were not bored with him and they really enjoyed skiing. And we met black! Many thanks to Ondra, who devoted himself diligently to the children, and also thanks to the nice girls in the office of the ski school and at the rental shop. We forgot the helmets at home, they willingly arranged a free loan for the children. We will definitely be back this year!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlechter service. Die Damen am Empfang waren extrem unhöflich. Bezahlt wurden 2 Stunden Skischule und nach 1h hat der Skilehrer den Unterricht beendet. Geld zurück gab es gerade mal 20 %. Pure Abzocke. Nicht empfehlenswert. In der umgebung gibt es bessere.
Very bad service. The ladies at reception were extremely rude. 2 hours of ski school were paid for and after 1 hour the ski instructor finished the lesson. There was only 20% money back. Pure rip off. Not recommended. There are better ones in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte Ski-Lehrer Jan an meiner Seite. Ich war blutiger Anfänger und er hat mir sehr gute Tips gegeben und war sehr nett. Die Buchung hab ich unkompliziert einen Tag vorher Vorort gebucht. Preis war ok.
Würde ich empfehlen.
I had ski instructor Jan by my side. I was a complete beginner and he gave me very good tips and was very nice. I booked the booking easily one day before on site. Price was ok.
I would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá spokojenost jak s přístupem kancláře, tak s prací instruktorky Judity! Profesionální a přitom velmi přátelské chování, prcka nám během pár dní parádně rozjezdila. Děkujeme a určitě školu rádi doporučíme známým! :)
Absolute satisfaction with both the Chancellor's approach and the work of instructor Judita! Professional and at the same time very friendly behavior, the little girl got off to us in a few days. Thank you and we will definitely be happy to recommend the school to friends! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time snowboarding course for 4 days: Trainer was best and very happy with my progress with lessons.
Unhappy I was about the rental people they won’t focus on our required snowboard we want and if we ask for changes in snowboard they are really not friendly, response was really bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had private (one-on-one) cross country skiing lessons with this ski school. The communication to set things up was very good - they were responsive and helpful. I skied with Anna, who was excellent. A really good teacher and technician. She gave me great tips and helped me to improve. Skiing with her was also relaxed and fun! A great experience that I would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had private ski lessons with Ondra, - he is really good instructor and I could recommend him 100% - I feel very confident on skis after just 2 lessons.
Regarding the rental service, they not that bad as mentioned in comments:
they do accept credit card payments now;
they still need your id/driver license as a deposit;
The queues are crazy, especially in the weekend mornings (around 11.00), you could spend 30+ minutes waiting for the equipment.
P.S. small hint for new people: buy ski glasses, gloves and mask in advance because you can't rent it there.
