★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Středisko je super ale permice jsou drahé a koupila jsem si na 3 hodiny za 790 Kč a z toho půlku doby prostála ve frontách které byli šílené :( ale jinak sjezdovky super
 The resort is great but the permits are expensive and I bought them for 3 hours for 790 CZK and of that half of the time lay in fronts that were crazy :( but otherwise the slopes are great

As a good skier I was afraid it will be too small and basic, and I was surprised. Not as big as in Austria, but very nice for 1 or 2 days of ski.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ May be the first day of the season is the reason, but the personal in the ski rent department worked really slow. They joked and spoke between themselves all the time, barely noticing the customers. I had to repeat my requirements three times, using three different languages to be understood.
We booked equipment for two days, but one man was not able to keep up because of the illness. They refused to refund anything. One kind guy agreed to use our booking, saving us some money. They agreed to change the personal dates in the computer, but even this appeared to be a big challenge.
Spent about an hour here for the task, which in Germany usually takes maximum twenty minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slopes well prepared. Can recommend but only during the week days. Weekend is a bit crowded which cause the prolonged delay when waiting for the chairlift.
Despite this fact the best skiing resort in West bohemia...
